I called them and they told me everything I needed to know by answering my questions. They also told me what I should bring to my appoinyment. So polite and helpful My actual appointment in person is soon. I will sharr another post.

Beware of this attorney. He will drop you weeks prior to your hearing date and kick you out of his office. If he felt I did not have a case, he should’ve informed me before he took my case. Now I’m without an attorney and my hearing is weeks away.

Visited Attorney Frank Hanley II, office with my husband and everything was fine at first. He asked me did I want to wait for my appeal decision for my disability. I wasn’t sure because I’m new to this situation. I went on with the process but he told me that I could wait to see their answer if I wanted. A week later I decided to take his advice and wait for an answer before I went further with the process. But when I told the lady at the front office I decided to wait and see what the answer was going to be from Social security she was upset and responded with an attitude and told me I could not call back if I decided to go through with it. So later I spoke with Frank Hanley about it and it seems he had an attitude as well. Bad customer service. I will never try to use them again and I will not refer anyone. It is very unprofessional to get upset at clients because of a decision they made. It shows they don’t really care about you they only care about the money. I would never go to anyone that really does not care about your well-being and only money. I don’t do phony with friends and especially business professionals.

Rudest lady I’ve ever met. It people pay you 25% if there back pay they wait in with desperation you can at least be kind. Ugh.
