Horrible....she was ineffective and made recommendations that would have torn my daughters mental and emotional health to shreds due to her not knowing the case and only hearing one side. Huge waste of money!!!!

Doesn't return emails or phone calls. Isn't attentive to the case or even what's in the best interest of my daughter. A complete waste of time and money. She is always "out of the office for the week" if you call about anything. Literally sent almost 20 emails in a 3 week time before mediation and never got a reply to any of them. After mediation, she hasn't replied to anything. While at mediation all she did was complain about how busy she is and how she is still taking on new cases. Do yourself a favor and don't hire her, you'll be out a ton of money and she won't do anything for you.

Jessica was assigned as our PC. She did not return phone calls but once. She did not become active on the online scheduling system that we paid for and was court assigned though she did bill for this. We paid the bill without dispute. We came to healthy terms (both parents of the 4 year old child on our own) and Jessica made a court recommendation that a PC be assigned again for another year. Clearly she was out of touch with the case to make any such recommendation. Perhaps she might make a good attorney, though I would never take the risk, but she was extremely ineffective as a PARENT COORDINATOR assigned by the courts.
