\Mr. Mann assisted my mother in writing her Trust agreement and various health care legal documents in late 2017. She passed away recently and I had several clarification questions in order to proceed with the administration of her trust. After many voice mails, messages with office staff and emails, I have yet to receive a return response. Very disappointing and frustrating. How long does it take to pen an email saying I can't help you, go elsewhere? Update: I have since heard back from Mr. Mann. Evidently he was on summer Military duty and was also in the process of moving offices. He did return my call upon his return and apologized for the non-response. We are back on track now and I'm hopeful that we can resolve the issues surrounding my mom's estate.
