My husband and I own our own business and went to Dan Mcafee for advice and understanding on a franchise agreement. He was very helpful and informative! I would recommend him to anyone.

When I was in need of an excellent attorney to represent me in my divorce, I did my research, and narrowed my choice down to Jordyn Katzman McAfee.
I'm so glad that I did! I was always able to reach her, she did not waste time, and she got me through the overwhelming amount of 'stuff' that had to be done to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible.
She was able to walk me through the process, outline my choices, offer advice, let me know what I could expect, and talk me down off a ledge or two as well!
She is a good listener, and has a great sense of humor. She managed to keep things in perspective for me during a difficult time, and kept me focused.
My only regret is that sometimes, when she would advise an action, I chose to put it off. It was my decision, but in hindsight, if I had taken her advice at the time, I believe my situation would have been resolved up to 6 months earlier. Note to self: You hire an expert, take their advice!
I still have her number in my phone, her card in my file, and she'll be the one I call if I need help with anything in the future.
She has my complete confidence.

Dan is amazing and went above and beyond to work my case for me. I live in Alabama but the person I needed to sue is in Indiana. Dan worked around my schedule with calls and promptly answered emails. He also went to court for me, so that I was not out more money in travel expenses. He kept me updated on my case and he was able to win the case and collect the payment to get my money back! I highly recommend this firm and Dan is an incredibly nice guy.
Jordyn McAfee and her colleagues at Katzman & Katzman provided excellent service! Prompt responses to my questions, personalized service, and quality resolution to the issues that brought me to their firm. Due to my positive experience, I have referred Katzman & Katzman as a resource for others.

I paid over $16,000 for my divorce that still isn’t final after 3 years 3 mo!) & never got to court 1 time! This law firm is currently taking $ off of my credit card each month, that I did not authorize, even though she has already been paid more than $16,000. Originally I was paying her through this credit card, & paying the card off each month, however when I fired her, I told her to not use that card anymore. She had told me I could pay her the balance when my divorce was final, however I don’t feel I owe her anything else! I believe that they ‘make up’ time spent on my case, which wasn’t true! She is still charging me more than another $2000! They will say I authorized it, because I did originally, but not after I fired (her) them! I fired her, because she was nickeling & diming me to death! She KNEW I had health problems, yet she would call, text & email me almost every day or week & she charged me for every single phone call, text & email! I had told her I would send the requested information to her as soon as I was feeling up to it, however she still called, text & emailed knowing this! When I finally sent her copies by electronic fax of all the requested material, she said it wasn’t legible, even though she charged me for each article/item sent! So I had to go to Indy & meet with her (3hrs) so that we could go over everything I had previously sent her. Their fax machine had been set for color & that is why my items were not as clear, although they were legible, so they had to re-copy everything & charge me again for each item, not to mention the time I was there. I felt like I was severely taken advantage of by this attorney & law firm. I would not recommend them, unless you are filthy rich & have money to waste!
