I saw Attorney Bryan Cook hammering a Special Prosecutor in a case where he represented a former Indiana State Trooper and elected Pulaski County Sheriff. Cook won it all. I knew I had to hire him to help my son who had been given what I view as bad legal advise from a Jasper County attorney. My son was wrongfully convicted of a major felony sex offense and put on lifetime registration. Cook did a PCR, had a trial, methodically tore apart the State's case in Jasper County. It was clear the Judge and even the Deputy Prosecutor respected him. Ultimately, Cook got the State to agree to vacate the conviction and undo the lifetime registration. He worked hard on this very complicated case. He kept us informed and has a court room demeanor that really is fun to watch. At times he is humorous, at times aggressive and all times he knows more about the facts and law than anyone in the courtroom. Juries love him! I don't know what we would have done without him-way better than any attorney I've ever hired or watched

Mr. Cook is the best attorney in Marion County hands down. He won on all counts on the case he represented my significant other on because he took the time to develop suppression issues on unlawful search and seizure. I am very thankful for how knowledgeable he is. He did things like sent a subpoena to a hotel involved, questioned police and pinned them down, listened to recordings and used it to press the issues. He wrote a brief that he didn't even have to file that looks like something a professor or Wall Street lawyer from a huge firm would write! The first lawyer, a public defender ( that Mr. Cook replaced) wanted to take a standard guilty plea that would have resulted in a long prison sentence. Mr. Cook beat all 7 counts ranging from F2 methamphetamine dealing, to cocaine possession, maintaining a common nuisance, marijuana possession, possession of a controlled substance, etc. Mr. Cook also insisted on drug treatment and getting his client's life in order while he did the legal work. This man cares about his clients-- so if he accepts your case--- and he turns down quite a few (he doesn't tolerate jerks, micro-managers, know it all's, etc) --- you are LUCKY!

Our first attorney was very highly recommended, but wanted us to take a standard guilty plea. We replaced him with Mr. Cook (who came even more highly recommended from two top civil law firms) and he completely proved to us why he has such a stellar reputation! He knew how to navigate the Marion County court system to our advantage. He understood how to utilize a defense expert on Pharmacology and Toxicology to attack intoximeter breath test machine results. We won our DUI case on all counts! He even got expungement when all was said and done as well as the complete removal of the case from the BMV record. If you want your best chance of winning, HIRE THIS GUY!

BRYAN is hands down the best attorney in Indianapolis! He is always steps ahead, quick to answer any questions you have, he gets things done!! When I got a DUI in Marion County, he got me zero license suspension when the State pushed for 90 days. .
. I saw first hand that not all attorneys are the same!!!! I for sure learned my lesson and I couldn’t have been more thankful I choose Bryan as my attorney!

Mr Bryan Cook is one of a kind of an attorney I have used this man in countless accounts he has got me off on assault and battery He’s had gotten my brother off on several DUIs I had a boss they had injured critically two people and should of probably went to jail for a long time oh did I mention he was Intoxicated this gentleman only got one year ankle bracelet probation I can’t say enough about Attorney Bryan Cook he has taken on cases that I know personally he didn’t want but kicked it’s but I’ve have watched him get people off on murder cases drug charges that seemed clearly they were doomed. Bryan up holds the law he makes sure the police follows the law but Bryan is not one of these lawyers that says I’ll take your case and kicks it to aside this gentleman will kick butt for you I’m just saying on personal experience

I had an incident where I was in the city county building (Marion County) meeting the mother of my children to get custody of my youngest. She brought her boyfriend along, who, for whatever reason, does not seem to like me. Long story short: he attempted to attack me without cause (in the city county building), but ended up on the receiving end of a lesson in life: never attack a trained fighter. Of course they arrested us on the spot, and since we were already at the city county building they just took us downstairs to the jail. They unjustly arrested/charged me with disorderly conduct, simply for defending myself. I called Bryan after reading his reviews, and he took the case and got it dismissed very quickly. I dare say he might be the best defense attorney in Indianapolis! I never had to go to court once, and he even made sure I didn’t miss work! If you are having ANY legal issues, he is the guy to call! Thank you for everything Bryan!

Bryan Cook is an excellent, tenacious and hard working attorney who will do everything in his power to help you with his case. I came to Bryan after firing my first attorney for lack of effort. I was facing a felony dui conviction in Greenfield, IN, Hancock County with this being my second offense. The prosecution was trying to plea me out with a year and a half of probation, 180 days home detention, 6 additional months of drivers license suspension without the possibility of special driving privileges, a $785 fine and 5 days in jail. With Bryan's help we were able to make a well formed case against some of these punishments and at sentencing we ended up with less probation, unrestricted special driving privileges and no home detention. I would highly recommend Bryan Cook to anyone seeking council for dui related offenses or any other criminal offense. He is the best attorney I've ever dealt with.

Bryan did a fantastic job on my case in the indianapolis/Marion County area. I had a very old charge from Johnson County that Bryan had converted to a diversion. Recently, I realized that the case information still showed up with a fingerprint background check, which would have been hugely detrimental to my professional career. I called Bryan and explained that I had an extremely small window of time to get this take care of. Many attorneys might have said this was impossible, but Bryan was up to the challenge and got the expungement done quickly. There was no hassle for me to deal with. He was professional and prompt and I appreciated his excellent communication every step of the way. I hope to never need an attorney again, but if I do, Bryan will be the only call I make. Thank you, Bryan!

Highly recommend Bryan! Bryan worked to get my case dismissed (as it should have been) and my felony reduced to a A misdemeanor. I work in Fishers, but live in Noblesville and desperately needed my license to work. No longer a habitual traffic violator, my lifetime suspension was dramatically reduced and I was given time served. Hamilton county can be notoriously difficult unless you have a truly GREAT attorney that will help you get your life back.

I was falsely accused in Clinton County of attempted murder, aggravated battery, confinement , and other charges. I am from Pulaski County. Mr. Cook got the attempted murder count dismissed before trial. We went to trial on the remaining, serious felony charges. It was 3 days of Cook putting the hammer to the State with a chief deputy prosecutor that had never lost a case to my understanding. Cook cross examined the witnesses like a charging bull. We won with NOT GUILTY on all counts. Several jurors found us outside afterwards, hugged us, and asked where I found my attorney. Awesome outcome!

I was unfairly charged in Hamilton county with 3 battery counts and the State was resisting giving me a diversion agreement. Mr. Cook found a case that required that an alleged victim cant veto a diversion agreement as the sole basis of denial. He fought for me on and on and on. He pointed out to the State several felonies committed by one alleged victim on video from the scene. . . Because of his efforts my entire case will be dismissed. I really appreciate how aggressive he was defending me. I highly recommend him!

I was facing mandatory jail time in a dui case . Attorney Cook filed a motion to suppress evidence challenging the stop. He went after the cop for changing his story-- used his words against him-- quoted an appellate case to the judge that he had won 17 years ago under not totally similar circumstances but logical legal comparisons. The judge threw out all of the evidence, including a blood draw that the State alleged was 2.5 times the legal limit. Case was dismissed. Ive never seen a lawyer this honest, smooth, likeable to everyone, and on top of his game. In fact, i saw him beat a search warrant for another of his clients on a blood draw on a day i had a pretrial conference on my case. He is like a lawyer you see in a movie. Really. I will never call another attorney without first calling Bryan Cook.

I served my State as a Indiana State Trooper for twenty-seven years. I was elected twice as Sheriff of my county. Shortly after leaving office, I was investigated by the new Sheriff, State Police, and State Board of Accounts for inappropriate criminal allegations involving misconduct and theft from my former position as Sheriff. I was shocked and humiliated by the press and my former career, law enforcement. I obtained the services of Attorney Bryan Cook, a long time friend. Mr. Cook fought like a pit-bull for five years, the length of time this case took to come to a jury eventually. He never gave up on me or the truth. I was forced to set during a three day jury trial as a ex-police officer. The Special Prosecutor tried to wreck my life, accomplishments, and legacy as a dedicated Trooper and Sheriff. Bryan went up against them with a legal sledge-hammer, and we totally Won, NOT GUILTY on all counts. Even the jury members told me later, what a shame they put you and your wife through all these years. I can't think of a better lawyer in the entire State of Indiana, than Mr. Bryan L. Cook.

Bryan Cook is an awesome attorney he represented me at one of the toughest times of my life. I was accused of Domestic Battery and Intimidation I was falsely accused! This class A misdemeanor and the felony I was charged with was devastating to me and my family. The prosecution was brutal the judges were wrong Bryan knew this and mounted a defence that was stellar. But because the court was full of nepotism and underhanded play, I was convicted but Bryan never gave up on me, he appreciated my military career that was in jeapordy and knew I and my family was worth saving!! He took my case to the appellate courts and we won!!!! it was a great victory!!! it saved my military career and my marriage!!! Bryan Cook has the most honest foundation and integrity that I have ever seen in an attorney!! My wife and I made mistakes in our marriage and those who tried to prosecute us for mistakes while we were young would have watched us crash and burn and separate our family. Bryan Cook made sure that didn't happen!! I am successful today and so is my wife because of what Bryan did for us!! Courts can be wrong! Judges can be wrong! Bryan Cook will not let you down! Very aggressive defence and outstanding knowledge of the law! Trust him in any venue Local, appellate or supreme court's! Thank you Again Bryan!!

Brian Cook represented me in Marion County Court for charges of endangerment, OWI and an infraction of failure to dim lights. His guidance and representation was stellar and spot on. He was able to get me on to non-reporting probation, no community service and get my license back without restrictions at the BMV for refusal to take breathalyzer, which results in a mandatory 1 year suspension for refusal. In addition, 90 days of alcohol monitoring was removed and a large amount of fees were circumvented. His knowledge of the court system and tactics are phenomenal. From other people I know and have talked to, after going through this, my situation is a much better situation then others. I highly recommend his services to anyone that has had an OWI and/or DUI. You will not be disappointed!!!!

I highly recommend Bryan L. Cook. The professionalism and integrity that Mr. Cook presented, completely exceeded my expectations and his preformence was unmeasurable conspired to legal council I have received in the past. I cannot articulate into words the amount of gratitude I have for the time he invested in my case.
He was determined and willing to put in the leg work. Persistent, Confident, and Nobel.

Bryan Cook is not only the best attorney in Hamilton, Marion, Boone, Hendricks, and Hancock counties-- he's one of the best in the entire State. I've sent several friends to him and know others who he has helped along with their friends. He wins a ton of cases and does alot of damage control on others. He's known for handling alot of DUI cases but he also handles expungments, license suspensions, and other cases such as battery, drug/gun cases, etc. He is a trip to watch in court-- he's not a clown, but he knows how to advance the clients interests, be entertaining when appropriate, and be charming at the same time. He treats people kindly until it's necessary to get aggressive, hard-nosed, and even nasty when it's justified. You want this guy on your side-- he's a fighter-- a warrior through and through. I can't say enough good things about him but if I knew someone charged with something even as serious as rape or murder (and they were innocent), I would tell them to get him. Highly recommended.

Mr. Cook did an awesome job getting my husbands license back. He was a habitual felony traffic offender. Caught driving on a life time suspension. Was told by two other attorneys, not possible to get back. He got him a full reinstatement.

I would highly recommend Bryan Cook to anyone I know. I was facing a felony OWI in Hamilton county recently and he put more effort in to my case then I could ever ask for. He is very knowledgeable and researched every detail of my case which in turn was completely dismissed. I strongly knew he was determined from start to finish making such a tough situation the best he could for me. If you are seeking someone well worth the money he is the perfect attorney for the job!

Had my 2nd DUI and they tried to hit me with a refusal, which means I would lose my license for 3 years and my ability to have a conditional license. With Bryan's help, I am currently driving with a conditional license, had a significant reduction in fees and hoops to jump through and am looking forward to getting off of probation early. Remember that you get what you pay for. I could have hired a cheaper lawyer, but I would have ended up paying a lot more in fees than I did for Bryan & probably would not be driving right now, or for a very long time. Bryan is a polite, persistent Pitt Bull & you will be disappointed if you hire someone else. Everyone loved him, both judges & prosecutors. Trust me. I hired the cheap guy the first time & I got a terrible deal, so terrible that I probably would have been better representing myself. So don't be traumatized by your courtroom experience. Smile, relax & call Bryan L. Cook.
***UPDATE***
After only, 3 months of probation, I finished all of my requirements and Mr. Cook filed to have my probation terminated. The petition was granted & I am off probation! My probation officer told me when I started that I had a very difficult Judge, and that she has never seen anyone out of that court room even go on non-reporting, let alone have their probation terminated after only 3 months. Mr. Cook is an absolute miracle worker. If you know someone on probation, that has finished their requirements, I highly reccomend hiring Bryan Cook to get their sentence terminated early. I am so grateful I hired Mr. Cook. I am so happy today, because of him, there are not even words for it!

Bryan Cook is an outstanding attorney. If you want an attorney that really cares, that won't just view your case as a win or loss, that will fight for you and not just lay down and take the first plea the prosecutor throws at you, you want Bryan Cook. A good attorney is one that cares about your future, that will fight for you and is not afraid to go toe to toe with the prosecution, and Bryan is a fighter, he really cares about his clients. He very rarely accepts plea agreements, but rather prefers to use every tool in the legal arsenal to get the judge to rule in your favor. You know you have a good attorney when the prosecution is intimated by them, and prosecutors are very intimated by Bryan, and they often start out proceedings ready to offer major concessions in order to avoid having to face him in open court. Bryan is excellent at finding the smallest of details that can mean the difference between a conviction or a dismissal, and he uses an extensive legal playbook that leaves the prosecutions' heads spinning. Perhaps even more importantly, Bryan is extremely good in open court, he comes in with confidence and authority, and has excellent rapoor with Indiana judges. If you really want proof of how good an attorney is, just look up some of their cases, they're all matters of public record. In Hamilton County Bryan saved a young man's life from a legal nightmare. The man was accused of dealing drugs (though the man was not a drug dealer) a B Felony, and a crime that Hamilton County prosecutors are extremely unsympathetic and unforgiving of, whether the person is really a drug dealer or just a struggling addict in need of treatment. The prosecution was gung-ho and uncooperative, and determined to convict the man of a felony, ruining his life forever. Bryan took the fight to the prosecution, and they eventually agreed to lower the charge down to a D felony possession. But a felony is a felony, and Bryan was determined to save the man from that fate. When an acceptable agreement with the prosecution couldn't be reached, he filed for a hearing and used his skills to convince the judge to grant "AMS" or Alternative Misdemeanor Sentencing, taking the conviction from what was originally a B Felony to an A Misdemeanor, and this was granted "up-front" , meaning the conviction was entered in as a Misdemeanor immediately --as opposed to most AMS cases where the conviction is entered in as a Felony and only after the defendant completes probation is the charge changed to a misdemeanor. Again this is a matter of public record, so you can verify this yourself, and this is just one example of the outstanding legal work Bryan Cook performs for his clients.

I hired Bryan Cook to represent my son, who was charged with criminal misdemeanors for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Most attorneys would have simply done the easy thing by accepting a diversion program and moving on. Not Bryan! He fought the evidence and got the case dismissed! When I met Bryan he said the difference between him and other attorneys is that he's not afraid to ask for and fight for outcomes that other attorneys wouldn't touch. He was right. Now we can move on with our lives.

Bryan Cook is hands down one of the best lawyers in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas for any criminal, DUI, battery or many other situations you may be accused of. His knowledge of Indiana law and extensive network allows him to make some of the most stressful situations result in an even better outcome than you would have imagined. I have referred him to many friends and several acquaintances and have always received very positive feedback. If you want to make sure you are getting the best legal representation possible, make sure you call Bryan!

This man, Bryan L. Cook, is responsible for the best lawyer experience I've ever had.
He reviewed my issues with professionalism and class and put himself out there 100% to fight for me. That's how I know he can be trusted to do the same for anyone who's smart enough to hire him. He saved me a mound of money with his sound advice and past experience. I'd recommend him as a guiding light for any predicament you might find yourself in.

Bryan represented my son and did a wonderful job. He made sure I knew what was going on at all times while the case was open. He made me feel secure in court knowing that my son had someone there really paying attention to his case and defending him aggressively. He put on a great show arguing my son's case and he ended up getting him a "not guilty". I would recommend Bryan to anyone needing a criminal defense attorney. He really cares about his clients.
