After using a seemingly reputable and well-known law firm for over a year that, ironically, provided me with a terrible attorney-client relationship and virtually no communication or respect, I decided to change attorneys, which is generally considered a headache for both the client and the replacing attorney. Dan nevertheless accepted my case promptly and I was pleasantly surprised with the contrast in performance.
Dan is down-to-Earth, honest, and answered all of my concerns and questions along the way promptly and directly, which in itself was a huge improvement from my previous attorney.
I believe switching to Daniel was the best move, and it made all the difference in the outcome of my case.

Daniel L. Quigley is a great lawyer. After I sustained an injury at work that required surgery on my left and right knee, I was told that I would not be able to receive compensation for the left knee from my work's insurance company through workers compensation.

This is due to the fact that when I had signed the documents to receive the check for my permanent partial impairment for the right knee, the documents were worded such that the left knee was included as well.

I talked to multiple lawyers who said that I was probably out of luck because I had signed off, but after I spoke with Daniel, he said that he would take the case and was sure that he could get me some compensation. Sure enough, after a couple weeks, the insurance company agreed to settle without going to court.

I was very happy with the outcome and how quickly he got the case settled!

Called Daniel for help gave him my info/situation. Gave him a small detail that he didn't follow up on so in return called me a liar and didn't want to take my case. He didn't even know anything about my injury when he made his decision several hours after calling him. because I don't currently need surgery and his cash payout wouldn't be as great without surgery he didn't want the case.

"Dan's the Man" I was told this could take years to settle with other attorneys, Indiana has work comp cases on lock down but Dan worked on getting me a fare settlement, I would rather have my back and feeling in my feet again then any amount of money but he definitely got me more then the little check the insurance was going to write me, any questions I had I would say 90% of the time he answered the phone or you leave a message and you get a returned call with 3-4 hours, I would recommend Dan to anyone on work comp ,and Thank You Dan again for what you have done for me

Three months after I fell at my place of work I retained a prominent Hamilton County attorney to handle my case. I had severely injured my neck in the fall and the insurance company was fighting me every step of the way, trying to say I didn't need surgery. Dan has been a tremendous help during a trying time for our family.
I was injured at work and working with the insurance company on my own at first. It was a frustrating process. The insurance company finally agreed to do surgery, but had never contacted me to give me a confirmation. The date of my surgery came near and it'll hadn't heard anything despite repeated phone calls and emails to the insurance company.

I got tired of the run around, and called Dan. Within an hour I got a phone call from the surgery center and my date was confirmed for surgery. He's been great during and after the whole process. Fast communication, very reasonable fees, results, larger than predicted settlement.
