We obtained them a few weeks ago because my daughter had been in a wreck and suffered the loss of her fiance. We were happily surprised when the attorney himself called and it wasn't his paralegal ( unlike keller and keller who told my family that they were more interested in the deceased party and it would be conflicting with my daughter. Meaning they would get more money from her fiance then my daughter.)He was very polite and informative. And so far so good.
