I don’t know how I’n the world these people gave them this review they have done nothing but sold us lies me and my mother waited three whole miserable years for nothing they’ll lie to you and sell you a dream knowing they can’t win your case they offered me 1000 dollars after three years of neck injections and back and injections and I have to be on pain medication for the rest of my life I repeat do not hire them RUN DO NOT HIRE! They let the insurance company demand them when they are the ones who are supposed to be fighting the insurance company hiring them was the worst mistake I made! Do not go here a few months after I rated them they sent me letters saying they were withdrawing from my case which I was happy I would rather receive nothing than 400 dollars these people are ridiculously of they can’t get the easy dollar they won’t fight they throw your case out Run from here ken Nunn not even real u never see or talk to him where is he at he has the crook Vicki. Nunn who lied and said she didn’t know anything about my lawsuit funding how Vicki when you have to sign for me to be able to even get it duh they are some liars and she even said she lied to get me a loan they are scammers run them not representing me was the best thing they could’ve done!

Let me begin by saying my only regret was not contacting the Ken Nunn office the day of the accident, as it would have eliminated several months of stress and anxiety due to dealing with the opposing insurance company. I've never needed to take legal action to settle an auto accident claim prior to this accident and because of this, I was hesitant to take it to this level. Unfortunately the other insurance company left me no choice as they’d admitted fault in the accident and paid the property damage, however they refused to pay the medical bills for injuries I sustained in the accident. They were only interested in getting me to sign a release form for a settlement amount less than a third of the medical bills. After several months of getting nowhere with them, I cannot explain how it felt to hand the claim over to the Ken Nunn office and be told they would handle everything from then on. Due to my lack of knowledge on how this process worked, I had tons of questions throughout the entire process. Without fail, every single question was answered promptly and in terms I would understand. I was guided through the process with respect by the wonderful staff and felt I my case was important to them. They truly listened to what I was looking to achieve with the lawsuit and accomplished my goal. I can’t thank them enough for helping me through this unfortunate situation. If I’m ever in this position again, the first thing I will do is call the Ken Nunn office and have them handle the case from day 1.

The moment I called I knew I had the right firm. The firm helped me get the settlement money for my car reviewed that settlement  and spoke with the insurance company. All at no charge. This as prior to the personal injury settlement. I would receive updates by phone and mail. They are all great I felt like I had all my friends by my side. Love them all. Great job.

This isn’t a trustworthy office. They neglected important information on a very serious case, and lied about checking supportive information on a case causing no justice for a very important case.

I had a really good experience working with Vicky Nunn. She listened to me when I was feeling like my voice wasn’t being heard. Very attentive and communicated with me at every step of the way. I have never met her in person which says even more about how genuine she is and caring. Most law offices “Confuse” you with other clients and can’t tell you anything without looking at the file. She answered my emails promptly during all hours of the night. She made sure I was happy with end results, which I was. Would recommend family and friends to work with the Nunn Office. For other reviewers who left negative remarks, I ask that y’all request to communicate with Ken or Vicky themselves. That is what I did and I got great results.

Fell and was injured on a popular tourist attraction’s property. The property owner refused to even speak to me about it and was very short. I reached out to these guys hoping they could help. They initially accepted my case and I thought everything was going well.

Unfortunately, they informed me that they would not be able to take my case after all (because of a statute that was overlooked, or perhaps just enacted, not entirely clear). I am only deducting a star because there was a week-long period of me getting this information.

I am currently staring in the face of $3,000 worth of dental bills that I should not be paying.

They are really nice folks at this office and were speedy in getting my information initially reviewed. I would recommend them if you’re looking for options.

I had already won the case as the other drivers insurance company accepted fault. If you don't know, you can call and negotiate with the insurance companies without agreeing to a settlement. I was not happy with the settlement amount so I called Ken Nunn.

It was a clear cut case, but without any major injuries.
It took 8 months for Ken Nunns team to come up with a settlement. (It took me no more than a week) All that time and effort for me to make an extra $1,400.
They initially said my case would WIN, due to my dash cam footage of the indecent. But when I said I wanted to take it to court after 8 months, they said I would LOSE the case. Going back on their word, they wouldn't even give me the option to take it to court.

They sat on my case for months before doing the exact same thing I did. Make a phone call to the insurance company. I gave them %40 of my settlement for a PHONE CALL!

They told me lies, like that the other insurance company would have never paid for my medical expenses, even though I clearly had it in writing that they would.

Why would Ken Nunns team lie like that? Well because it's easy money for them.

They rely on manipulating their clients into accepting offers instead of taking it to court.

Basically a huge waste of time just so they could collect 40% of my settlement.

Oh,, and I can't remember the elderly gentleman's name they had initially given me to talk to at their firm.. but he was clearly intoxicated from the amount of words he was slurring during our phone conversation.

Industry standard is that you will get 30% of all your medical expenses. You can do it yourself or you can give Ken Nunn the majority of that 30%. His commercials make you think "he's going to do something wonderful for you". No, you will just add to his wealth! I heard about the industry standard from a Ken Nunn attorney, when we went to settle the case. The attorney we had been assigned to told us this, and I later discussed this with another attorney. If you are saying, you've never heard this....I now know you are a liar too!!
