There are some crappy reviews on here but my experience was different. For one, no one is going to be happy when they get a letter in the mail from an attorney representing a collections agency. I'm more upset with my insurance company for telling me that my surgery was covered with a $500 copay so, I paid my $500 and had the procedure. About a year later, I get a letter from Gus Taber, saying that I was being sued for $1500 which was what my insurance company did not cover. I called their office and set up payment arrangements and while I was surprised by how old this man is, I had no issues with them.

They told me my bill was 167.28 turns out it was almost 300.00 but the receptionist couldn't be bothered with finding out the right amount to give me over the phone. They are an unorganized mess!

Piss poor service I have been trying to call this law firm for a week and no one has even attempted to contact me back. I would not recommend this law firm to my worst enemy, let alone a friend.
