My husband hired Mr. McFetridge in November of 2018 to get his background expunged. We paid $600 Mr. McFetridge said he would have it done by our deadline. That didn’t happen and stated it would be done in January that the state of Illinois was backlogged due to changing the online case search site. Last we spoke to him all we were waiting on was the judge to sign the proper paperwork he said the judge already had it. It’s been two months now and he has stopped taking our calls and refuses to call us back. This man is on piece of work to say it nicely. I will be looking into a refund or something because he hasn’t done anything for us. If we have to sue him so be it we don’t live in Illinois anymore I’m sure we can find someone to do what we pay them for!
