By far the worst lawyer!!! Don’t hire him!!! Hired him over a custody battle and got nothing but a $3500 bill. Had a payment plan set up and he wasn’t happy about getting $100 and he took me to small claims court and he lost and i continued my payment plan. I’ve since went back to court and represented myself in the custody battle and won full custody. Should of represented myself the first time around. DONT HIRE HIM!!!!

I highly recommend that you don’t even think about going here. Hired for my case and didn’t even put in my paperwork to the other attorney when it was due. Didn’t even fight for my child, read over court documents and didn’t prepare me for and sure didn’t send paperwork that was needed for me to have nor did he inform me of any changes that taken place during that time. Nor did he take the time out to ask the other party questions, instead help him redue the math mistake. But got a high bill in the mail and other documents, most paperwork I have ever seen from him. I highly recommended that you do it yourself before going to him.

Waste of time and waste of money not a good attroney what so ever. By far the worst attroney in Indiana he didn't even appear for my fiance.

He is very rude. Doesnt care about court cases. He is laughing about us telling him what the other attorneys said to us in court. He is not wprth spending the money on.. I wouldnt recommend him at all.

I used to libe in Indiana, moved 700 miles away but recently had an issue crop up requiring an indiana form to be filed. Called the law office asking for remote representation for a simple form filing and was refused service saying I needed to appear in person. Shady high pressure tactics seems to be the norm in Terre Haute but what can you expect with the towns reputation...

I had called in to find help regarding a complicated case I have been dealing with for 3 yrs. After talking to Phillip for a extended amount of time and finding out he could not fully take care of the issue due to legal barriers. I was still astonished by how he went out of his way to help put me in contact with the people who could. I appreciate all he has done and for treating me like an actual person, not an inconvenience like I was by many.

This is the worst lawyer ever! Do not waste your money. Received the invoice for the month and he never filed anything. All he charged me for was reviewing things and making phone calls and this ended up being $800 out of the $1000 retainer. On top of it all when I went to fire him he charged me $5 per page to scan and email all the documents to me. I could never get ahold of him by phone or email. When he finally contacted me he said he had the wrong phone number... even if that was true he still had my email! He got easily intimidated by the lawyer we are up against. Gave the worst advice ever and never once knew he should have file anything even after I asked him what he specifically needed to file.... I thought he was the lawyer not me.
