After waiting 2 months for a reponse to a question, last straw, I am done!

This was the 4th time of me filing. First time with lawyer. There was absolutely no contact of any sort unless I messaged them. No phone calls. Always told dont know anything yet,believe my new info I gave them was never given to proper people. I had to find out I was denied by calling disability myself!! Messaged and told them and wow had a reply back in minutes with excuses and to be told oh we can do a appeal but could be 9 months. Told them I was going to seek other counseling and not a word from them since.

I have been dealing with these attorneys for over 2 years. The only communication I have with them is if I contact them. Been waiting on appeal for 2 years. They do not update me on case status or anything...

So far ive been dealing with this law firm for about 2 weeks and i can say im just simply impressed LaTisha is the lady handling my case at the moment and she is just amazing truly deserves a raise if i email her and have a question within 5 minutes shes calling me outstanding people skills im grateful to have found them they are making this process easy and i dont feel stressed out im relieved to have them on my side.

Always there to advising help

Although I had several caseworkers during the 2-3 years of working with this firm, no one dropped the ball on my Disability case at all. They called at least twice a month with for updates and if I had questions the portal was amazing and I got answers very quickly. They had my case well prepared before entering the courtroom on a Wednesday and I was told it would be 6 to 12 weeks before I hear if we won the case but that following Monday my Lawyer called said the Judge ruled in my favor. I failed 3 attempts on my own but they made it happen. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I hired these Yahoos over 4 years ago and they TOTALLY screwed me on me getting my disability, although I am more than qualified and my doctors are beside themselves.

I had about 4-5 different paralegals and was NEVER notified, until I would check in on my status and was told that I do not have Brandi and have Josh, then Lateshia, then Stacy. And I made certain to continue emailing ALL my documents from 2012 -2017....My hearing finally came up last April and all the judge had in his hands were from 2012 and was DENIED!!! And at that time, I was still physically able to work, but barely. So...., where were all my documents up to 2017???? I was also accused by Stacy that I was committing fraud, as I was still working, but only 10 hours a WEEK and she still continued to accuse me, as North Carolina would have put me in prison. BUT I DO NOT LIVE IN NORTH CAROLINA!!! I live 5 states WEST from there!!! Obviously, she has NO CLUE ON STATE LAWS!! So, since I have been denied, I am having to appeal it and WAIT ANOTHER 18 months for another hearing!! And by the way, all those records that show ALL MY AILMENTS AND DOCTORS AND ER VISITS ALL ADD UP TO THE DIAGNOSIS OF LYMES DISEASE!!! THANK YOU FLESCHNER, STARK, TANOOS AND NEWLIN FOR F*UCKING ME OVER!!!!

They are wonderful. First time around with them and I got a favorable decision from disability. Just wish I woulda found them back in 2007 when I got misrepresented by another firm and lost out on 8 years because they refused to appeal and didn't tell me in time.

They have been wonderful in helping my daughter try to get disability as she is fibromyalgia to the point she has memory problems when she's in so much pain and doesn't get any sleep. And my son is also going for disability and they've been good with him too as he has spinal stephanotis and it's getting harder for him to use his legs they're very friendly there when I would highly recommend him.

I came to Flescher, Starkc Tanoose and Newlin after being turned down for the third time. Well let me share my situation I have severe headaches and sometimes can't even leave the bedroom and can't even turn on the lights or have any noise. If that isn't that isn't enough I have depression and anxiety, add in asthma and stomach issues. I have been in the ER so much. I cannot work with these headaches and even with botox that help some but I still have days that I can't function.
Thanks to FSTN for getting my settlement and going through this step by step and explaining to me all about the steps that was going on. I am grateful for the this law firm they treated me with respect and answered all my questions. Always there and appoint me with a case manager that always answer the phone or call right back if I got their answering machine. I would not choose another law firm in the future.

I don't know what all the one stars and belly aching is all about. If you don't have a legitimate case, and are just trying to draw a check and not work, F.S.T.&N. knows that the Gov't has people who can sniff that stuff out, so why waste the time representing people who do that? They know they're not going to get paid. I had a legitimate claim, my case worker stayed in touch with me. Yeah, they changed three times, but the new ones always called to give me a heads up, and get updates on my situation. My attorney showed up at my hearing, more than prepared me, spoke up for me when needed, and got me my case awarded 100%... BECAUSE ALL INVOLVED KNEW IT WAS LEGITIMATE!!!

FSTN IS wonderful I'm so glad I found them they helped me get my disability & I can't thank them enough. They always kept me informed & up to date with everything. If you're looking for a great firm look no further because you found it!

Very poor service. No contact letting me know they changed case worker on me two times. Case settled because of my hustling NOT theres. No return phone calls from case workers or supervisors. Not even a congratulations or a thank you for giving them 25 percent for NO reason. DO NOT USE THESE crooks...go elsewhere.

Not happy with my representation. 3 years and now dropped as a client because they don’t do civil appeals and want to charge me over $300 for a copy of my file. I am broken!! Except for the first one I had which was Dawn and no longer there!

Was not very impressed with this firm. They didn't even show up at my hearing and then when I didn't get a favorable judgment they drop me. Not very professional if you ask me. I would not recommend them for any reason.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. Worthless attorneys, hired young know nothing local attorney for my appeal, did absolutely nothing while in court. My case was denied and they did nothing. Absolutely nothing.
