Rude!

Son paying a debt that was turned over to him. Paying a minimum of $50 and sometimes as much as $250 a month!! He is taking over 50% of those payments and charging interest!!! Totally ridiculous and not really sure it's even legal!! Extremely rude and unprofessional!!!

Arthur L. Mann is a grimy person. He is the reason lawyers get a bad rap. Like the person below I called to get some questions answered and was rudely hung up on. Very unprofessional.

I have had a very bad experience with Arthur Mann. As a representative of JSM housing, he refused to return my deposit and said I owed money. I explained that I have paid all months rent and my bank statements can prove that, to which he said “you aren’t getting your deposit back”, and hung up. His assistant said he was “unavailable to take my call” after that. Very bad service and I have still not received my deposit or an explanation.
