When my wife didn't receive her biweekly paycheck via direct deposit, on her behalf I contacted her employer who then told me the blame laid with the debit card issuer where the funds were electronically sent to. Blake did a good job on my first case. However he held funds on the other two cases. By the time I received my funds checks were over 30 days old. As much money as he was taking from each client you would have thought he would have wanted us to have our money. Told us our case was going to trial and so we just waited for updates. Never got any. I sent him a message asking when our case was going to trial and he sent a check few days later which had been wrote 36 days prior. On 3000 dollar settlement we got 893 dollars wow. And he did that with over 350 clients. What happened to one third. Will definitely have someone look into this.
Blake Thomas is an amazing consumer fraud attorney. He helped me and my fiancé when a prepaid debit card company withheld out funds for no reason . I did take a while to reach a settlement but Blake kept us updated every step of the way . I definitely would 10/10 recommend him .
