Mediocre at best

Monroe and his staff are great to work with. I have used his firm a couple of times (traffic issues) and everything was handled professionally. I would recommend this firm!

My ex husband/friend used McWard for a bankruptcy. We still owned a home together that I paid for on my own for 10 years prior to his filing. McWard assured my ex husband multiple times that this would not affect me but it did and it will until the mortgage is paid in full. My credit report shows a bankruptcy I never filed, and the payment I make every month is not credited to me. I would not trust this law firm.

Horrible lawyer! Does not show up for court. When he does he is not prepared. Doesn't listen to what his client has to say. Would not recommend to anyone for anything. Very unprofessional.
