Very disappointed with decision to hire Attorney Kevin Linder..Lost paperwork, no direction and NO forward progress going on a 4 year case.Now I found out he has been suspended by the the Illinois bar association, WOW..You can file your own petition against Kevin with Illinois bar association(ARDC).

Terrible experience. Misinformed a couple of times about court dates. Very expensive ... I would have been better off going it alone. Cara said she would work with me on billing ... What a laugh. I'll be paying for the next 6 or 7 years with interest. I'm worse off than when I started.

Inept, incompetent, and indifferent - I hired Linder Law Office to counsel me in a case regarding custody of my son. Kevin and his office • missed multiple court deadlines • filed a petition to the wrong court • was consistently tardy to court hearings • missed a court hearing • failed to inform me of court deadlines • failed to send me billing statements • and pages and pages more... Do not hire! Kevin was inept, incompetent, and indifferent to my case. An absolutely horrid experience. He has hurt my case immensely and even cursed at me, as his client.
