Still waiting for him to return my call,I have been waiting 3 months for the title of the car,sold to me from the estate he represents. I feel as he could care less,that I have to make payments & insurance on a car that I can't license, I am disabled & have to pay someone to take me 50 miles to all my doctors appointment's,it's sad he doesn't care.is this how he treats a honest person,who only wanted the man to do his job.,still no word from him.getting nowhere,two weeks it will have been SIX months.the county courthouse has NO RECORD of this. I fear I have been scammed,time to call the board & file a complaint.he has not been a honest Man. PLEASE be vary cautious before you Trust this firm.

Called last week and the week before to try to set up a simple consultation for a ticket I need taken care of first of all it’s a $50 consultation which I have never been charged by any other lawyer for a consultation for a simple traffic ticket. The first lady I talked to was nice and set up a time for the consultation to happen because he wasn’t in, time passed and never got a call but wasn’t sure if I missed the call or they didn’t call me, so I set another appointment up for when he would be in. This time I never got a call and this was last Thursday or Friday and they set the consultation up for Monday, I never got a call and when I called the lines were busy both times I called. I hurt myself Tuesday at work and didn’t have my phone on me, and they still didn’t call me and I couldn’t leave a message because my phone wasn’t on me while at the urgent care and by the time I got out which was before 5 they were already gone. So I called them the morning of my court date and when the lady answered the phone I couldn’t understand her because her and her colleague were still finishing their conversation followed by a laugh before she even introduced herself which I couldn’t understand what she said because she didn’t speak clearly, when I told her that they have not called me back and today is my court date she didn’t care at all or apologize she said “Sorry but we don’t have anyone available today can I schedule a consultation at 4?” You mean after the court date I can’t make it to is? No. This office needs to work on sticking to their word and maybe get a new office lady who isn’t ditzy and clueless to current situations, and maybe one with some customer service. I’ll be using another law firm for sure.

Women in the office are VERY rude. They kept laughing on the phone and took nothing I said seriously when I needed to speak with my lawyer. Learn some respect if you’re going to work in customer service or if your job consists with speaking on the phone.

Seidel is a super awesome lawyer without him idk what we would have done but he got the point across to our acusers .I kid u not he was a bulldog ready to attack if anyone ever has issues with law enforcement dishing out tickets just because they can I promise u Seidel is your guy thank u
