Matt seem's like he'd genuinely want to help you until he receives payment, then it's like a totally different person. Not only will it it be impossible to get into contact with him, he will show up to court 20 minutes late with little to no information regarding your case. He will also breakdown your retainer into individual bits and pieces of time including the time you use to email him information to charge for complete hours. My fiance gave him $5,000 and he still wanted $3000 to finish the case, mind you this was a simple 50/50 custody case so not much work needed to be done and he still managed to make it a messier situation than it should have been rather than advising her properly, do to not having all the correct information during the first court hearing.
