Jared was referred to me by a friend and I'm so thankful to have him on my side. He was able to take care of a traffic violation and keep the points off my record and avoiding a ding by my insurance company. Well worth his very affordable rates.

I have been in buisness for 30 years and have had multiple dealings with attorneys over the years.I chose Mr.Welch after being refered to another attorney who came highly recommended.He has represented himself as a true pro.Who puts clients first.And has gotten me fantastic results over and above expectation .He is respected in the community, the courtroom and by his peers.He will hit u head up everytime with regards of what to expect.Under promises and over delivers.I shall be a client forever, and would put him top of my list when it comes to refering friends family and buisness associates. Zero stars! If you are appointed to be a lawyer for a case, (or volunteer to do pro-bono work), that does NOT give you a license to: not show up to court dates (three times in a row), not return phone calls, have a secretary that makes excuses for your lazy behavior and is rude to you on the phone. My family has made multiple attempts to get in contact with Mark to find out the disposition of a case and have received absolutely ZERO responses. He has not once visited the defendant or had any communication with him. Evidently the judge over this case is now angry with Mark for his lack of involvement with the client. Please don't waste your money on this firm. I'll be notifying the Missouri Bar Association to see what we can do to change this situation.

Missed multiple court dates, takes advantage of their relationship with Platte City concerning public council. Should be investigated for their handling of public council cases. Non-responsive to phone calls, with absolutely no action. I would highly consider other options if you want legal council who answers the phone, shows up to court dates, or does anything in general. Serious waste of tax payer and private individuals money! Not sure if these other reviews are genuine after reading them so please beware!

Horrible law office! Its a shame when our tax dollars are being wasted. This "Company" is paid to "represent" individuals yet cannot show up for court, doesn't stand by their word does nothing! They will you tell someone you will meet with you before court to review their case and doesn't show up, no call, no responses to messages or calls. Its sad! If you are hired for a job you should be able to follow through! Don't waste your time on these people! We are not talking about one time we are talking about more than SEVEN TIMES! I would not waste your money or time on this company!

If I could leave no stars I would. First of all the lawyer I had to represent me no showed in court TWICE! And wouldn’t return my calls for 2 months. Which just continued iand continuied court dates when the matter could’ve gotten taken care of if he had communicated with me or at the very least showed up. Then his secret got nasty with me on the phone when I inquired why there had been no communication AND he didn’t show in court. Please take your money time and effort elsewhere. This is a HORRIBLE form

Always on top of things. If I couldn't make it into their office could email them and problem solved. Definitely will be my go to as long as I live in the area.

A Wonderful Attorney is Jared Welch! He is absolutely amazing compassionate caring professional, very loyal, honest an upfront. I got a dwi a little over two years ago. A friend told me about Jared Welch and I looked into it. After speaking with Mr Welch, I hired him as my attourmey. He was very professional and I could tell that he cared about me and my case and wanted to see the best possible outcome. Well to make a long story short, after he fought for me for almost 2 years because he didn't like what was being offered, we had finally found a ground that we could all stand on and come to an agreement. I would highly recommend not only Jared but his office as well for all you legal needs. Everything was handled in a very professional manner and I never got pushed to the back burner. God forbid if I ever need a lawyer again, but if I do I will be calling Jared back up.
