They do not work for you, my ALJ made her decisions based on old evidence she talked about meds i was no longer taking for more than a year and she made assumptions not facts. My atty never contacted me not until my hearing. I was unprepared and lost bc of this firm.

Feel like I have someone in my corner to help me get approved for early medical disability assistance.The woman who helped me was very beautiful and very knowledgeable. I left the office with a binder and a to do list of what to do next while dealing with the Social Security Administration in order to get my claim approved.
Though he was not a lawyer she was very serious about helping me and really engaged herself with calling the SSA and fact finding my case or situation. She found there was a deadline I needed to meet before Christmas Eve the SSA was going to drop my case. It motivated me to call the local SSA office ànd case worker the next two days until SSA called me back and explained what I needed to complete over the internet and submit , my claim is being processed now. I am hopeful that I get approved.

I have been fighting to get my disability since December 2013 in June Vince Hayes the paralegal handling my case after yet another denial he said that he was dropping me as a client because there was no way of winning my case. So I left his office and went to Parmelee Law Firm to see what they would say they took my case this was on June 19,2019 and on October 21,2019 yes 5 short months I was awarded my full disability and just received a back pay check. So far so good. They are very compassionate and kind. They don't get mad when I talk a lot. And I definitely can talk a lot and also lose track easily with my brain fog. They are incredibly patient. I know that they deal with disability only but it is still rare these days to find both compassion and professionalism. They agreed to help me with filing disability and I'm so thankful to not be alone anymore in this.

I went to them, after my first claim was denied, while being represented by a non attorney disability company ( which I didn't know!) THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING! As soon as the appeals council denied my first claim, we filed a second claim and my first claim went to the United States District Court! I WON MY 2ND CLAIM "Decision on Record" the morning of my scheduled ALJ hearing. That Judge was very fair and looked at everything! My 1st claim came back from the U.S.D.C. and we had won a new hearing! I knew the hearing was going to be denied again, because it was going in front of the same ALJ! But it's at the Appeals Council again and with everything the U.S.D.C. pointed out wrong, I hope and pray they will reverse the decision and give me a Fully Favorably Decision. Or we will go back to the U.S.D.C. again. They have been hard to reach at times. But their doing their job and that's what matters. And they will only take cases they know they can win!

Took my husbands case and had us fill in paperwork and running and then dropped him less than 2 months from day of his hearing. Do not call you back! Had his case well over a year!

I hired this firm to help me with my disability. After my first consultant I never heard anything from them. I have left several voice message and no one has returned my call. Even after being awarded my disability, I still to this day has not received a letter or call from Parmele law firm. I have questions and they won't return my calls. Is this common practice?
