I might as well have just given my ex husband everything because that’s what he got. My attorney left out important information and then we couldn’t use it in trial. My rating is solely based on my experience... which is, unfortunately, having Jennifer Snider as my GAL. My rating is one star.... because, unfortunately, it's not capable of going any lower.
A GAL is supposed to be who the court appoints to investigate and determine best interest for the child. Providing said child's custodial parents with confidence and a sense of security that, despite the outcome, the child in common will be in a safe and healthy environment. A GAL is supposed to be a 'factfinder' for the court, and protect said child. And most importantly, PROVIDE A DEFENSE FOR THE DEFENSELESS.
Jennifer Snider proved ineffective and careless when 'performing' the basic duties of GAL. Ms. Snider if you're not going to fulfill your duties as gal, PLEASE, let somebody else do it. We care about our kids. These are lives not cases.

Mr Witt took care of all our legal needs through the years. After he died we were lost when we needed to do an update to our will. Ms. Snider became our attorney and I highly recommend her. We only needed a codicil but somehow she thought we needed the whole will rewritten. She worked with us on the price and told us to just pay her what we thought was fair since there had been a misunderstanding. I was very pleased. She will be our attorney as long as she is practicing in the area. Excellent staff too.
