Called his office for a traffic incident and was scheduled an appointment the next day. During the appointment , he explained my options, as well as his recommendation. He also rescheduled my court date so I didn't have to wait for a month as per my original court date. On court date, he showed up explaining what was going to happen, and stayed after to help with any other process. He and his staff made the entire ordeal more pleasant, which is a big help, especially for someone who is new in town and is not at all familiar with the law.
