This company was VERY responsive with call-backs and recommendations even-though it didn't end up being the kind of case they usually work with. Being a small business owner myself I know the effort required to return calls, even from those that you don't think will end up being customers, in a timely and caring manner. I hope I never have a personal injury case, but if I do they will be my first call instead of all the others advertising on local TV.
