He really is an unreliable lawyer. Twice I've gone to him for a consult, both times left thinking nothing could be done, that my hands were tied. The first time I unfortunately found out how wrong he was, too late. The second time luckily not the case. My family used him back in the 80s, and he did poorly then, he has not improved with age and experience.
