I was appalled by the extremely shameful and unprofessional conduct of former Broomfield City Attorney, William Tuthill III, and the meltdown that he exhibited during a deposition he attended as a guest in the summer of 2016. Even attorney Eric Zipporin of Senter, Goldfarb & Rice days later felt compelled to apologize for the embarrassing display, making sure to emphasize the fact that Mr. Tuthill was not his client. I expect much more from a public servant representing a municipality the size of Broomfield, Colorado.
