Wow! Robinson and Henry P.C. .... really great in a world of inattentive and uncaring Attorneys

In my life I have met many attorneys ... most of which seem to barely know what they’re doing. I think we all automatically assume that all attorneys are competent but in reality an Attorney can meet the standard of practice by just staying awake during a murder trial.
That’s what’s different about Robinson and Henry P.C Not only are they knowledgeable and resourceful ... but their skills and attitude propel them forward onto very firm ground. Just one conversation with the attorney opened up new avenues for me. They listen to what I said and made great suggestions and told me my alternatives.

I am in Colorado ... I had questions dealing with issues unresolved after a relative’s untimely death. So many issues arise that could not have been anticipated. We see the greed in those we barely knew ... suddenly they are central relatives and are a major part of our life, because these relatives are pressing down on mom’s or dad’s possessions ... chaos and greed follow with a vengeance as these formerly non-participant relatives try to auction items that had been in the family almost 200 years. . . And nothing seems to make sense until you talk to some really good attorney’s ... and Brenda, the person that remembers our schedules and keeps us informed and confident. Then everything clicks and purrs.

My husband and I met with tax attorney Lucas Frei to discuss our 1031 exchange. Lucas shared very useful information and answered the many questions we had for him. He explained thoroughly how the 1031 exchange works and laws that apply to it. We will continue to meet with Lucas about our taxes and are so grateful to him for helping us to make decisions regarding this transaction.

I had a consultation w a tax attorney, and I was very pleased w what he had to say. He informed me of the deposit required, and I stated I needed 30 to 60 days, but would for sure b in touch.
Shortly after, the emails came, saying are you gonna fill out required paperwork w the deposit? I stated again, I needed time, the next day, they texted me n said they were going to close the case . ...I informed them again I needed time. Then the next day, and the next and 2 days after that...same text n emails threatening to close the case..so..I said go ahead..if u feel u must...then another email...I really wanted the attorney they sent me to, and I now have the money, less than 3 weeks later...but...if this is how they are....I want no part of this type of relentless ...communication....now I will never know if he was the attorney for me...rediculous

I met with Valerie to get educated on divorce in a Common Law marriage. She is very knowledgeable and straight forward. Valerie has 5 questions she will ask you to answer to yourself. These questions are point on accurate as to whether it's time to obtain legal counsel or marital/individual counseling. She has the ability to make you feel relaxed and taken care of, like a friend helping you through a difficult situation.

Dale at Robinson and Henry was Amazing from start to Finish. My civil employment case was complex, she dove into my industry and learned everything there is to know so that she could represent me well. She treated me like family and the matter was resolved. Dale and the staff like Tia & Ty were my shield and took pressure off so I could live my life. I was more than satisfied with the services provided.

Absolutely terrible representation. Couldn’t get questions answered about simple issues. Paralegal had no clue what she was doing. Met initially with one lawyer that was the ONLY reason I went with R&H and never saw her again after the initial meeting. Every other time I dealt with anyone I was constantly made to feel like the case was extremely difficult. They told me opposing council was fresh out of law school but constantly allowed them to control EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CASE. In all honesty the opposing council ABSOLUTELY DID seem like rookies and yet they still rolled over us. By the time we had submitted a “rough draft” (as my legal team put it) of my sworn financial statement, they had me billed out at $4500 and I still had not seen the main lawyer that I initially wanted to represent me. WHAT A JOKE AND WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. Thanks for nothing Robinson & Henry. I would NEVER recommend you to ANYONE. Couldn’t even get my future ex-wife’s name right in emails. Couldn’t show up for THE ONE COURT APPEARANCE before I filed for council to be removed. TERRIBLE REPRESENTATION. Now they will be coming after me for the $1000 over retainer that I owe them for HORRIBLE rep. I do not feel like I am hard to get along with these people are just very obviously in it for the money and nothing else. Take your money elsewhere if you want results in your favor.

I'm glad we met with multiple attorneys because there's such a wide variety out there. I keep referring to Robinson & Henry, P.C. as a well-oiled organization. You can tell they have things together because they have many clients. I was also impressed with a few marketing best practices I noticed that I didn't see from other attorneys. Highly disappointed in this firm. Useless, only caused further issues in our life following the death of a loved one. Not a single issue we went to them to resolve, was actually resolved. The invoices from them are ridiculous and speak to a greedy thirst with no follow through.

Our lawyer forgot who we were after we became clients and had paid in full. I thought they were working on our bankruptcy, I called to check in a month later and was shocked to learn that not only had no work been done on the case, but they thought my dad was their client instead of my husband and I. because they forgot who we were and didn't work on the case we ended up having to pay an extra 5000$ to the trustee. had the lawyer done their job correctly we would have filed sooner and not had our tax money taken away. This law firm is unorganized and has no competency. horrible experience. if you need legal help, look elsewhere.

I would like to first say that I've done custody battle before so I had a lawyer in my past and she was horrible but here at Robinson and Henry they really take care of you and their communication skills are extremely amazing! I contacted Robinson & Henry law firm in Castle Rock Colo and scheduled a complimentary consultation. I met with Mason Simpson to discuss Estate and Will issues. Mason was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave me good advise in regards to future action on my part. In addition to my meeting with Mason the receptionist was also very courteous and welcoming. Should I decide to pursue litigation I would not hesitate to contact this law firm.

I had a file with them but only help me with the interview while I am waiting for a response from them. Now they want me to pay $1600 so they help me although they don’t have an immigration lawyer. They are not trustworthy.

Mr. Edy called me to explain his situation himself. Being a good lawyer, he respects every client and loves his feathers. I love it.

When looking for an attorney we looked at other law firms. These firms said that they didn't have time on their schedules for our type of case. They stated it was due to how long it would take for resolution. My daughter and I felt as though we weren't going to find anyone that would help us and if we did, they weren't going to be the caliber of lawyer that we were anticipating.

If there is 0 star I will choose it. I was their client but their service is really bad and they have unprofessional lawyers. I didn’t get the help I need and their lawyer told me that she will do everything verbally and never write it then left the firm and I am in problems because of that. If I have an option or knowledge about this firm I will never go to them. I don’t recommend them to anyone.

My Fiance had been left $23,000 in credit card debt by her ex husband and had been in and out of court with a few creditors trying to settle this debt on her own. It became overwhelming and we saw no end in sight with banks not willing to settle or recognize that the debt was fraudulent.
