Frickey and I have been working on my Worker's Comp case for 12 years. And I have to say that this firm has been amazing. I was referred to this firm for a workers comp injury. I was sent to a voicemail instead of a live person. After three days, I contacted them again because I never heard from anybody. I was given to the same person that didn’t return my call. His demeanor and attitude were very condescending and pompous. After complaining I was permitted to speak to an attorney to let him know about my experience. He did refer me to another firm. However, it just seems so odd that when other firms are making themselves available to potential clients on weekends and nights that this firm would make themselves so unavailable and behaves so inappropriately. It was very disappointing and I don’t think this is a good place for people who need consideration and care.
