I’ll lead with the acknowledgement that being in a position where you are required to have ignition interlock is a stressful situation and if you’re like me you feel embarrassment along every step of the process. I have an out of state requirement to have interlock for 2 years, and I’m finally nearing the end of the requirement which Front Range has managed throughout. The staff, and particularly the owner Mark, have been extremely helpful throughout - beyond the basic installation and maintenance of the device itself. They have helped me navigate the differing interstate requirements as well as just practical situations - such as changing my car battery myself with interlock. If you’re facing an interlock requirement, my experience has been that Front Range is a no nonsense and professional site willing to help clients navigate the best way to satisfy interlock requirements.

If i could leave no stars i would. Ive had nothing but problems with my interlock and especially mark the only person who runs this location. It all started when he hooked up the interlock wrong and my truck still started with out me blowing. I called him to tell him about this first of many problems he said it was my fault and to bring my vehicle back in. After we got that issue fixed the interlock started not working right and was saying i wasnt blowing properly even though i was. I called mark about this issue several times, every time he continued to say it was my fault and said im "not doing something right". The device then locked me out after one week of having it. I was furious, i had to miss work because of this. Keep in mind i havnt drank in 2 years. This was strictly a malfunction. I called mark he was extremely rude and told me to call the 1 800 number. I got a code and got it unlocked brought the vehicle to mark he said that there was a problem with the device and supposedly fixed it. The same problem kept happening for the next 2 weeks. The device then said it was gonna lock out again for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. I called mark on a Saturday 5/4/19 to tell him about the issues once again, he immediately started saying i couldn't come down that day and that he was slammed. I told him i didnt want to come that day i just wanted the problem fixed. He told me to come in Tuesday late afternoon like 530-6 to get the device fixed again. I came in at 6 on Tuesday only to see they were closed! I was irate! The device then locked me out the next day because of this and i had to miss work again! I called him the next morning he kept being super rude and kept hanging up on me! Hes extremely rude and dont know how to run a business. Im transferring to a new company! Mark runs that location by himself and has no help! He tells everyone he's super slammed and has no time for anyone.

I called corporate on him and reported him. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy going this place!

I have had nothing but excellent service since I've transferred from, mile high interlock, which were a bunch of stoned idiots. FRONT RANGE INTERLOCK is very professional and the facility is taken care of. Good hob!

The technician messed up my new car, as soon as I left my cars check engine light came on and all wheel drive stopped working. When I told him about it he started screaming at me and said that it was just a coincidence. These people are truly idiots and if you care about your car DO NOT come here. The tech is so inappropriate and rude yelling and screaming at me over the phone because I tried to explain that this happened after he installed the interlock then hung up on me. He has no idea what he is doing and I am surprised he is still in business. He is a redneck retard!

I can't even wright a review without marking one of the stars, so I marked one but not by choice. If you are having to get an interlock installed in your vehicle, trust me & go anywhere but front range. Mark is one of the worst people I've ever met. I had multiple issues with my handset & every time he claims it needs to be downloaded. He has no idea what he's talking about. He hangs up on you when you try to call & his "assistant" Kathleen isn't any better. She's a liar & adds to the problems. Also, Mark charged me an extra 100.00 dollars for some "custom box" he had to build to install my interlock into my new vehicle. Come to find out there was never a box. Mark is ignorant & hostile. Stay far away from this place!!!!! How's this sound know it all?! (Mark)

It was all good hear here until I had a problem with my interlock. It stranded me one day and wouldn't even start the "warm up" process. I got a ride here the next day and they said nothing is wrong and all of a sudden it started working again. they say there was no problem and seem to not really care at all. so the next day i took it to another shop and they found the problem immediately. The module threw a error code to the handset about a connector being damaged. Literally the handset found the whole problem. so apparently, The people at front range interlock do not know how to read errors on the interlock handsets, while any other store can do these very basic diagnostics.
