I am not sure how these people are getting five star ratings unless they are writing it themselves. I waited with my three-year-old grandchild for a consultation and I met with the wife part of this team. within 10 minutes I was leaving it tears. I have been through the bankruptcy process for the last six yearsmy husband and I tried to do a chapter 13 with no success. I know the process and the means calculator and all the information that I’m required to bring. I was prepared and ready and had my retainer for them that day however she was so rude to me she did not want to discuss my budget, my paystub‘s. She did not want to do anything but talk to me about selling my home. I am not sure what these people are doing but if you guys would look at their employee review website you will get a better understanding of who you are dealing with. there’s no privacy they discuss your financial information with doors open. I heard This other person‘s financial information before they left, before my appointment. their ethics are way below par. I’m not only contacting the Better Business Bureau I will be contacting the attorney general about these people

Gigi wink did all the work for me. When we wnt to the court date. She did all the talking and she was very honest with me from the beginning to the end. I will send any one and everyone to them.

BR was one of the hardest personal decisions I have ever had to make. I'm really sorry that I waited so long to do it. Don't be like me and listen to other BR attorneys that will discourage you from doing it because it falls into the 13 category. Just because you may no longer be married and in debt to lawyers and CC and make over 50-60k per year..... you can still get the fresh start you need. Wink and Wink really saved my life because I felt that 1.... could not do chapter 7- salary too high 2. Chapter 13... takes all your income...... not enough to live. You really need to call this firm!!!!! They are awesome and you will love them. STOP SUFFERING AND DO IT NOW! When your looking for help its hard to know who you can trust. I for one can say i trust Mike and Gigi. There honest,nice,patient and knowledgeable. From start to finish they were professional and great to work with. I hope i wont need to file for bankruptcy again but if i do i know were i'll be going.
