. They never return your phone calls and only care about signing you up and then you're left in the dark. The are always switching staff. No matter how many commercials and stations they're on they SUCK!!

If you need an efficient and caring attorney, please go to Jason Sandene with Bell and Pollock. After a botched case with a previous attorney, I was at my wits end and ready to give up on the small case that I had. However, after hearing what I had been through, not only did Jason intervene, but Mr. Bell and Mr. Pollock did as well to take care of me and make it right. I was involved in a six vehicle accident caused by a trucking company. I received medical treatment for two years with neck and nerve injuries to both of my arms. Gary Bell initially attempts to excite you with all the potential your case has. I recently fell in a local grocery store. I had no desire to seek representation. But after I received no calls from such grocery store I decided to seek counsel. Gary was referred to me. When i first spoke to him he was very excited about taking my case. He even urged me to be seen immediately!! I went to urgent care as I do not have insurance and had to borrow the money from my brother in law. Gary knew this and even said, "in a week I don't want to hear that you couldn't come up with the money to be seen. You must go to a doctor "! I went that same day. The diagnosis was good. I didn't brake anything but suffered a bruise to the bone. I was to be out of work for a few days.
I called Gary Bell the very next day. He explained that he couldn't meet with me that day or the next. And then it would be labor day weekend. He was going to email me a contract so i could look it over and bring it in when we met the following week. Well that was 9 days ago. He's in a VERY LONG MEETING
Clearly he saw it wasn't the windfall he hade hoped for since my injuries were not lifelong.
However, i'm out $250 for an urgent care facility that I easily could have gone without. I just want to be compensated for the money im out. Not a big enough payday for Gary, obviously.

Robert Brovege made all the difference in my case. There was no way I could have navigated complicated negotiations with large insurance companies and all their resources after my car accident.I looked for lawyers in the Aspen area and it was apparent that I would need a larger firm that specialized in similar cases and could work with me on contingency.
I was plenty warned about dealing with Denver lawyers from Aspen friends and acquittances. The general belief is that they only answer your phone calls until you sign a contract with them and then they won't respond to your questions or share information.

Incompetent is a word that comes to mind when I think of this firm. Mr Pollock handled a car accident/insurance payout case for someone very close to me, and made the whole process for her a perpetual nightmare. He dazzled her with empty promises of "aggressive activity" on her case, only for her to find out later there had been complete inactivity on his part. She couldn't even get him to send correspondence to the correct address. He never seemed to return calls or emails, and she always got the same run-around from his staff that he wasn't available. If that isn't bad enough, he had the audacity to file her case without her authorization or review and sent the insurance companies that were preparing to pay her out a letter stating they needed to compensate him AFTER she had already sent him a termination letter, and paid to file the case under new counsel. This duplicate filing of sorts has now thrown a wrench in her settlement process. Needless to say, this "attorney" has caused her an incredible amount of undue stress. A simple internet search confirms multiple complaints of a similar nature and even a malpractice suit against him. NOBODY deserves such flagrant mismanagement of their legal affairs after being involved in a life altering car accident. NOBODY. She now has no choice but to get the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel involved and examine recourse options for malpractice. I would strongly advise anyone considering representation by this firm to seek it elsewhere.
