My father passed away one year ago was February. My sister and I were handling his estate with no will or last Testament. We were going through probate and everything was going well. Then everything fell apart and we both ended up with estate attorney's. We have been battling for the last eight months and we are still not done. John Konz has been very sympathetic and accommodated to this situation. He has made this a team effort between him and I. We have both been extremely frustrated. I was at a loss. Found out through my work I had a benefit for a free one hour consultation with JBP. I was lucky enough to be appointed to Todd Brownell. I was very nervous and found that I was presented with calmness in their office. Started with the receptionist, she was nice and offered me water. Then Todd met with me and was very knowledgeable so I hired him. They have been with me from the beginning. I could email with small questions or big ones, they were very fast with response times and I always was able to get my questions answered.
