I was getting the runaround with the VA and denied more times then I care to remember. If it wasn't for Timothy Franklin and all the people involved knowing the ins and outs of the claim proccess. He got my last and final denial reversed and without having to file an appeal. I should have used his office after the first denial and not the 3rd. Bottom line be patient and don't stress on the VA trying to pull a fast one on you with Tim helping.
