The second paralegal half the time couldn't answer my questions which is no surprise as to why he doesn't work there anymore. While still waiting on a call back from the firm to get their help, while waiting on an email response from Mr Shawn for days now, I ended up finishing up their job and ordering my husbands documents myself. Since the day our account with them was fully paid, their service has been no good to us or useful!
