Impossible to reach via phone or email. Has been weeks since I requested paperwork by voice mail and email so that I can rent am apartment. Now forced to live out of hotels becaise I still have no response... Maybe this rating will get some kind of reply.

Bankruptcy is scary & emotional and when I called Roberson Law LLC, Michael set me up immediately with an appointment. I had a family member referred me to Michael & Jane at Roberson Law LLC after they praised them for how dignified their experience was. Michael provided me with a step by step process of what to expect from start to finish. One of my biggest concerns was my vehicle being repossessed because that is my livelihood. He referred me to everyone I needed to contact from a new banker, to a car dealership. Jane took care of the courts and interpreted all the legal lingo for me. She explained it to me in a way I was able to understand. Jane made herself available for all questions & concerns. She was quick in her responses. The front office staff and her legal assistant are friendly and welcoming. They always returned my calls. From start to finish, this process was finished within a couple months. I have done a bankruptcy before and it was not this stress free and I owe all that to Michael, Jane & their team at Roberson Law LLC. There's no need to call around or visit any other attorneys-I can honestly say I did that for you. We started by calling many attorneys and visiting several of them-they were all the same. None of them compared to Roberson Law. The entire staff made us feel comfortable, they listened to us, they didn't just see a figure-they understood that the figure actually told a story of what happened. Compassionate and caring while so knowledgeable and explained in detail the process and helped us through a difficult situation which eased our minds and made us feel comfortable. Their prices are extremely reasonable especially for the amount of work they have to do. I can't recommended anyone else to handle your case, I'm glad we trusted them to take care of us. Other attorneys made us feel horrible, wanted to take the easy way out by doing a 13 (and said for an added fee they can convert it later if we had to), but here they looked into our situation even further and a 13 wasn't even considered. Roberson law saved us from a huge mistake that other attorneys wanted us to do. This is the place to call and you'll be thankful you did!! Worst law office ever. They refuse to help my mother get the title to HER car, the car that has been fully paid off and was included in her case. After numerous phone calls, this has yet to be resolved and the car has been paid off since February 2017. This office has rude employees that are unwilling to help out. My mother was told that she is given a service she did not pay for in regards to this law office helping to get the title of her car. She has paid your law office to file her case, you have failed to hold up your part of the deal and provide her the title to this vehicle. Do NOT use this horrible office for representation!

Worst experience EVER! We paid them so much money and they totally dropped the ball! Like the other reviews say, they are nice in the beginning and then when you really need help and have questions they will NOT return calls or emails! Formal complaints can be made to the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel.

These guys are EXTREAMLY unprofessional toward their work, customers, and staff. The lack of tact and professionalism in this office is truly concerning.

My girlfriend loves this firm. Often when I came home, I would sit and stair into the distance (glazed look) trying to figure out my finances, "How am I going to pay this, and this, and this...."
