Chad is awesome! I had a lot of guilt going to a lawyer after my car accident (rear ended at a complete stop), but I had been taken out of work, so I felt I had no choice. They talked me through it, they understood my concerns and how I felt, and really helped. The other insurance company was rude to me, and it was so nice to have Chad and him team take over dealing with them. They didn’t mess around, they took care of everything so I could take care of myself, including helping me with finding medical care. I really couldn’t be happier. I was involved in an accident in 2016 that totaled my vehicle and resulted in numerous visits with my physician, emergency care, specialists and countless physical therapy appointments. I was T-Boned in a car accident and my car was totally destroyed. I ended up in the hospital and had numerous doctor and physical therapy appointments (56 to be exact). I despise the ads for this law firm. I will never call this firm because they perpetuate bad stereotypes. Not all truckers and trucking companies are bad. Not all truckers in wrecks are bad. In fact, studies show that 80 percent of accidents between personal motor vehicles (cars and pickups) and semi trucks are the personal motor vehicle driver's fault. The commercial with Jan with purple hair doing her hair and reading her phone is another bad stereotype. The commercial perpetuates faulty gender, age, and class stereotypes. Men, older individuals, and professionals are just as likely to be distracted drivers. The third commercial that comes to mind is the muscly drunk driver. Among both genders drunk drivers are more likely to be between 21 and 44. Social class is not a determinant on drunk driving. Until this law firm moves away from cutesy little cartoons and just offers straight forward help I'll boycott this firm.
