I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone, especially the Hispanic community. I felt mistreated and humiliated because I was not treated with respect. Jake Galperin took all the decisions regarding my case, never having me in mind. The communication between this company and I was very dull and I felt misrepresented. I was not pleased with the settlement I received due to giving up 40% of it to Mr. Galperin when in fact we did not go to court for this case. In reality I kept waiting after the lawsuit for MEDICAID EXPENSES. Worst paralegal, Abigail was supposedly always at lunch and very rarely returned my calls.

From my first step in this office it felt like I’m in the right place. Professional environment and very professional and caring people. Made the whole process seamless. I would never recommend this place Jake makes you feel like he is for you, and if your case is worth a lot, but till you have another accident and a case he feels he can’t win. I was using him for my first case which I sustained quite of few injuries and not even six months into treatments On my first case, to add insult to injury I get into another accident while receiving horrible care from his referred medical services they kept info from me and missed Diogenoies ed me and gave me meds that made things worse. There’s so much things that is wrong about this company, and I’m a single mother with a business & Jake really wasn’t for me when I needed him to fight for me on my second case. I had to find someone that would take my second case. Cause In Jake’s eyes it’s not a winning case without a witness but I have my Insurance company saying that the see that I am innocent and the other Guy is at fault. Car accident are awful because they take a toll on you physically and mentally. In our scenario my husband and I ended up having to go to multiple doctors but all along the way from the very first moment we reached out to them they we extremely responsive and checked in with us periodically to see how we were progressing. Even when the bills came in they worked with the doctors to postpone payment until our settlement was finalized. Paperwork was minimal and easy to comprehend.
