I had a consultation with Autum. This law firm was not a good fit for me and my family.

I sat down with Autumn and Sean after my ex would not allow me to see my daughter when I returned home from active service in the Marine Corps. Scardina Family Law was not the first law firm I sat down with to discuss my case but they were easily the ones I felt most comfortable with. Both Autumn and Sean were personable and easy to like. When I had my initial conference with them, they made me feel like my case was the only thing important to them at the moment. What I appreciated the most was their honesty. They told me immediately they could not guarantee the result of my case but advised they were confident we could get it resolved. They did not pressure me to choose them to represent my case by offering me several options. They told me if I represented myself I would likely obtain the same result. However, they offered either full representation or we could work together as a team with them guiding me on the process and paperwork. Ultimately due to entering the police academy, I opted for full representation.

During the course of the nine month legal process, I never once regretted having Scardina Law represent me. Autumn's competency and proficiency in family law was bested only by her ability to empathize with my case and my family. She offered expert advice from a legal standpoint as well as advice on how to repair the fractured relationship with my ex in order to allow for a long term solution, not just winning the custody case. Autumn was frank with me when I vented about issues, telling me the sometimes unwanted truth to my situation. Autumn expertly balanced empathizing with me and giving me perspective on the legal process of my case.

The thing that set Autumn apart from any other lawyer I have dealt with was her passion and sole interest in obtaining the best thing for my daughter. Autumn does not want me as a repeat customer and ensured my family was set up for success from a legal and personal standpoint for the rest of my daughter's life.

Autumn's calm yet tenacious professionalism exemplifies the ethical, personable, and intellect I expect from all lawyers regardless of practice. I hope I never need to have Autumn represent me again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to use her in the future.

Has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a Law Firm. It's a shame they don't care about their clients. Large retainers and lack of empathy would scare anyone, especially the vulnerable and weak. Multiple calls to their office went unaddressed while their billing department seems to work overtime. Eventually I was left with no choice but to hire another firm. Their ridiculous pleadings and poor relationship with the courts left a major mess for my new attorney to clean up.

Todd Scardina is a top-notch lawyer who delivers excellent results, and I say that as a lawyer myself. Highly recommended.

I came to them last year with a strange but stressful legal problem. Todd and Autumn helped guide me through it, kept me calm, and were thorough in dealing with what seems to have been a unique situation. They were both conscious of my needs, and let me decide what I was comfortable with. And they were mindful of my budget. Your mileage may vary, but I'll certainly go back to them if I need legal help again.

The attorney Autumn Charlie Scardina is terrible and unethical. Lacks a moral compass in chasing lawsuits for political reasons.

Sean (an actual Lawyer) was extremely generous with his time to insure that I had complete understanding of the process to resolve my situation; he was very engaged and I felt he was genuinely concerned for my well being. I also felt that he was dedicated to his work and kept me well informed throughout the entire process without pressure. I'm very much grateful to Autumn and her colleague. They calmed my soul on a desperate day. I called several Law firms before Scardina looking for free consultation, some charge 300 per hour for initial consultation while some say they will call me back (never heard from them). I must confess that I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of information and guidance I received from Autumn and her colleague (sorry, left your card at home so I will update this later).

We talked for almost two hours...for FREE! What topped it off for me was when Autumn suggested that I do not need to hire a lawyer at the moment, she wasn't in any way pushing for me to hire her firm but was willing to provide me with detailed information regarding my case free of charge. They listened patiently and asked me to contact them any time I have a question. I thank you so much for your time and honesty!!

I can not say enough good things about Scardina Family Law. Autumn was wonderful with both presentation, returning emails and phone calls promptly and answering any questions I had. I handled my divorce with as much grace as possible and she followed suit right next me. 5 stars all the way for Scardina Family Law.

Scheduled an a free consultation based on the fact of having been threatened with my parental rights being taken away, Autumn was the most knowledgeable attorney I met with about the situation she spoke with me for over an hour and a half and covered all bases that could possibly happen. There hasn't even been a case open but she still told me everything that could possibly happen for future reference definitely WILL hire if need be

Back in May 2015 my youngest child had been taken out of my care based off of false accusations. The following month I hired Scardina Family Law to handle my custody case. At the initial meeting they were very upfront about best/worst case scenarios and did not just promise everything I wanted like most law offices I had met with. This was very refreshing after what I heard from the first few law offices I had met with. This was a very difficult case with many variables at play, but at the end of the day they got me the results I wanted…My son back in my care full-time!
