Kayla Falgoust was the lawyer for my sons case. She did an amazing job. Always willing to answer his calls and questions no matter what time of day. She was very thorough throughout the whole case and always explained how court was going to work. Because of those reasons he was acquitted. She took the stress out of the whole process. I would highly recommend her if you ever need a lawyer.

Just some information before deciding to employ Mr. Wareham. He is a lawyer found guilty of misconduct (against his own client) by a disciplinary judge of the Supreme Court..

"People v. Robert Brent Wareham. 17PDJ021. September 13, 2017.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties’ conditional admission of misconduct and publicly censured Robert Brent Wareham (attorney registration number 27887), effective September 13, 2017. As a condition of the public censure, Wareham must attend ethics school ..."

In my research internal judicial process requires ALOT of grievances against a lawyer like Mr. Wareham for a ruling like this to be made public as an escalating step to regular, consistent and ongoing misconduct.

So this guilty verdict by the supreme court against Mr. Wareham requires many filed grievances against his practice, which means an even LARGER amount of devious actions occurring as most people get so buried financially and emotionally from egregious behavior by lawyers like Mr. Wareham they are no longer in a position to take action against this behavior.

Buyer beware.

Chris Erskine at The Law Center was incredibly helpful to me, handling all of my divorce proceedings. He is very knowledgeable about the process, persistent with unresponsive opposing counsel, and responsive to my questions and my feedback on the documents. Chris was careful to understand the outcomes I wanted and then laid out a detailed plan to proceed. He was flexible when we ran into obstacles during my case. He was also cognizant of the costs associated with my divorce case, and recommended options to me where I could do more work myself and save fees. I recommend Chris 100%.

Robert Wareham was my attorney for my divorce case. He did a great job in being an advocate for a father when it seems the cards are stacked against you. I highly recommend the team at The Law Center.

Not only is TLC good at what they do, they are caring, competent, efficient, ethical and effective. I was so scared throughout my high conflict divorce and the stakes have never been so high. I trusted them with my life, my future and my children's best interest and wasn't let down once. All the staff is so amazing at what they do. Jackson put me at ease the day I appeared in court and took the time to relate and validate this strange world I was now living in. Roberta, Sallie and Gabby are not only skilled at what they do, but sweet and caring with every encounter. They made it feel so effortless, like I was calling a friend. Jennifer doesn't miss a beat and is so sharp and on point. She is truly the glue that keeps it all together. Robert's presence is both physically commanding and comforting. During the scariest time of my life, he made me feel safe! The anchor in my storm. The entire experience with TLC will be the lighthouse of stability and hope in a very rocky and storm sea of my life. Thank you TLC for guiding me to calmer waters, where I can enjoy the calm and serenity of the beach and not have to focus on the sand. With heartfelt sincerity and gratitude. KM.

Horrible experience! I will understand if you don't take the time to read my review. Just whatever you do don't use this firm. There are many more out there to choose from.

I would never recommend this law firm to anyone. I went to the firm for what I thought was going to be a simple child support modification. I met with Robert, one of their Senior attorneys who handles divorce issues. My ex and I were both working on coming to an agreement ourselves and I presented this to Robert. I just was looking to get the increase that I was entitled to by law and basically just needed Robert to make sure I was not missing anything. I also gave Robert a little background on the situation with my ex. I let him know that by my own choice I had not ever asked for an increase in child support from my ex and was now only doing so because I was no longer able to work. At this point Robert became very aggressive. He wanted to "scare" my ex into paying more by sending him a letter stating that he would try and get a hearing in which he would argue that he was able to pay more based on the combined incomes of both him and his wife. He seemed very confident that this was the way to go and I trusted that he knew what he was doing. Sadly, at one point he even got very aggressive with me calling me a "doormat" and that I needed to stop letting my ex take advantage of me. Before I left his office he said he was not even going to charge me for his time (the time I spent with him that day) as this was a pretty simple thing (sending out a letter to my ex) and his paralegal could easily do this and her fees were less.

So I left the office feeling a bit demoralized by this man, but also hopeful that he would follow through on my issue fairly quickly considering he was so aggressive and seemed to want to be sure that my ex did not take advantage of me.

This is when things started falling apart. Over a week goes by and nothing has been sent out (this letter was to be sent by email to my ex with me "cc'ed") At this time I called and asked to speak with his paralegal "Jen". Jen also happens to be Roberts wife. Jen assured me that she would have the letter out by the end of the day. A few more days go by and I call again. This time my current husband who was with me during my initial consultation with Robert calls with me. We get Jen's voicemail and leave a message...she never calls back. So a few days later, we call again and get Jen. We ask her again as to when the letter will be sent. At this time she states that she just needs Robert to review it and she will get it sent out later that day. Again, no letter sent. So we made one final call. We asked for Jen, but there receptionist said she was "busy" and that we could leave a voicemail. We were pretty much done at this point, so asked to speak with Robert. My husband first spoke to Robert and he was very cordial and professional. Simply asking on the status of the letter and etc. This is when Robert pretty much "erupted". He started raising his voice stating that he had a major case to prepare for and basically if we did not like the service we were receiving he would terminate our contract and we could go elsewhere. He then started screaming at my husband that he didn't want to talk to "bullying men" and he needed to talk to his "client" (please note that my husband retained him also as he was paying with his credit card). Anyway, at this point you can only imagine that my husband was livid so I took the phone from him and tried to speak with Robert in a calm controlled manner. However Robert was having none of this. I just calmly explained to Robert that my ex husband was asking on the status of our agreement and I needed to give him a response. I stated that I had waited over two weeks for a simple letter to go out. At this time he pretty much started getting very aggressive again...started yelling and I just told him to terminate the contract.

I was not impressed by the service at this law firm. I work with many firms around town in the course of my business and I decided to find a neighborhood firm to handle a personal matter. I have never experienced such poor communication and slow progress on a case, but the billing rates were right up there with the big downtown Denver firms.

The only thing that happened according to my expectations was the monthly billing. If you choose this firm, good luck. I am a CPA and CFO of a large company in town and from my experience I won't be recommending them to anyone I know.

To whom it may concern,

I recently hired Randy and Dane to represent both my son and I in two different litigations....and I found them both to be very professional, personable, yet extremely thorough.
They provided my son, while going through a tough divorce proceeding, the best possible outcome. He enjoys having full cusody of his daughter.

I also felt that their legal services were at a reasonable cost.

I my case, they gave me the right legal avenues just at the right time,
They also continued to beleive in me and my innocence throughout the legal process.
I felt a relief in knowing that I had the best legal team working for me.
