John Cimino is the most unethical and immoral attorney. Please do your homework and beware. This guy has been placed under disciplinary action by the State Bar of WA in the past. He was suspended to practice law due to misconduct and unprofessional behavior.

He takes on clients who have been scamming the system their whole lives, who are alchoholic, drug addticts who refuse to get help and who prostitute themselves by having sexual relations with him as PAYMENT for his attorney fees. He lies in the courtroom and puts others at risk with these dangerous clients.

this is the worst choice u could ever make when picking a disability att.. I could understand they couldn't help that @ 32 an attorney would pass away w/o any reason why . But in replace if you get the name in the door John Cimino as a replacement for your hearing one would think it is a upgrade however he came to my hearing knowing less than nothing about my case including the date of first filing my disabilities which included 1500+pages but this is the icing was after getting beat by a baby seal in the hearing his replacement att.Jeff Emberton not only forgot to make a simple phone call to list himself as att. Of record in a class action suit where I would have received the same amount of money w/ or w/o a attorney and basically threw the att. Office a bone he choked on it and forgot to do it .which now I have to file a complaint w/ the bar Association to get money I already was going to receive.. but every. Phone call I had w/ him always contained how underpaid he was and I didn't find out until 2 mos after he quit that he had left to go work in "construction " but it gets even ore classic when Johns father fell ill w/ nobody working there as a lawyer he just basically bolted refusing to not return phone calls for over a month and to date still is not calling back... I lost my father in 96 and it was incredibly traumatic and I just worked for a 3rd party but still gave updates and had the common decency to not just ignore what was right ...

If I could give this firm zero star, I would without any hesitations. Not only Mr. Cimino showed up 30 mins late to our first appointment, but he also did not promise any of the requests I was hoping for my case. In addition, he is very rude. I went to the meeting with my mom as an interpreter since she does not speak fluent English. What I got from him is that he was being very rude to my mom during the meeting like ignoring her and asking me to translate for her without waiting for my mom to finish talking. At the end of the day, they are not very professional and I would not recommend Mr. Cimino to anyone.
