These are my personal opinions: We hired this firm after we bought a home that had multiple construction issues. This firm billed us over $18,000 to pursue a rescission of the home contract. Six months into the process, they still had not filed a complaint or notified any of the defendants. I started to call other law firms. The law firm told me that rescission of the case wasn't even possible and damages were the only route. I was further told by lawyers that 6-8 billable hours at the most should have been billed to me if the lawyer was inexperienced and didn't know Colorado law. They are aggressively pursuing collection of my last bill which covered TWO months. They did not bill me monthly. I am looking for a refund of what I already paid. I have to use my companies lawyer to mitigate this mess with the state bar. Avoid this firm.

Mike and his team helped us in dealing with a roofing issue/contractor dispute on our home. We did a phone call and also had an initial consult with him where he reviewed our information/contracts, provided information on dealing with contractor disputes, gave us sound advice, and helped us think through next steps. We were able to quickly settle with the contractor and move on thanks to his help.
