I received legal representation for a speeding ticket. Mr. Colt was thorough, professional, understanding and patient. The process was made very easy for me and very straight forward. I was given guidance with each step and was pleased with the outcome.

Denver Traffic Lawyer, LLC, and specifically David Colt, Esq., exceeded my expectations on all fronts. David was incredibly professional, understanding, aggressive in resolving my case in my favor, and beyond all that, just an incredibly kind person who went out of his way to get me out of a really bad spot. Every case is different, but in my case he managed to take me from a pretty bad violation down to something much more reasonable.

His price was very competitive, better than 2 of the 3 other lawyers I received quotes from before deciding. Price isn't everything, but that definitely helped.

I got a misdemeanor ticket because I was driving 25 over the speed limit. I was desperate and scared, the first lawyer I contacted made me cry talking about going to jail. I contacted David and he calms me, all the info he gave was impressive. Made me feel comfortable and was flexible with the payment. The first lawyer I contacted mentioned going to jail at least 5 times in 30mns. David mentioned going to jail just tell me it's possible but the chances are really low since it's my first traffic offense. He was really professional, not expensive at all and he definitely knows Denver court. Reduced my misdemeanor to a traffic offense and my fine was just 170 dollars. I recommend him 500%

I got pulled over a few months ago and got a 12 point ticket - Careless driving, speeding (15 mph over), and no proof of insurance. The cop was a pretty miserable guy and wouldn't even give me time to pull up my insurance on my phone... He just decided to include that in my ticket instead of giving me an opportunity to show it.
Due to other factors including my past driving history, I was not expecting a very good outcome on this but still figured it was worth getting an attorney. David Colt ended up getting it dropped to a 3 point ticket and a $186 fine!

I was questioning my decision on getting any traffic lawyer but it literally saved my license. Dave is a smart polite articulate guy who knows his way around traffic law. My case I was looking at a 16 point speeding ticket on top of many priors, he got it reduced to 6 which blew my mind. My notion of lawyers before this was that all they wanted was the money out of your pocket. Dave was so helpful he advised me through and gave me the info I needed to get out of a completely separate 4 point insurance ticket. Let’s start with the fact that I don’t write reviews often, it takes a lot for me to be encouraged to do so.

So you’re probably looking for reviews for a lawyer to fight your dui, racing or reckless driving ticket because well you’re like everyone else who doesn’t want to loose their license, pay the fines to keep corrupt government employees employed, or deal with misdemeanor charges that will make it so you can’t afford insurance ever again. If this is the case David will take care of you.

To Justify my case on why you should stop stressing right now about your ticket and what lawyer to use and pick up the phone and call David is below:

I had a very hefty ticket I would of lost my license for it and then some. Your 4 point speeding ticket is nothing compared to my over exaggerated charges given to me. Right off the bat David’s paralegal helped get the case rolling and gathered information from me. He was super nice. Then I had a phone appointment set for 12 with David to talk about what to do and how to go about my case. This was sort of a test for me to see if he’d call on time, it says a lot about someone when they are on top of the time. To my surprise he called noon on the dot. I was impressed. David had a lot of great suggestions to help “get me off the hook”. He was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel much more at ease. We established a game plan and off I went to do some task to prepare for court. My date roles around and my stress and anxiety levels were through the roof. I could hardly sleep the night before, I would be so out of luck without a license. I show up to court at 5:30 and meet David, again with him being right on time; incredible. Almost instantaneously I was calming down for some reason. I’m not sure why but his presence was calming in some sort of way. We sit and wait and David thinks of some things that might help us out. A couple hours roll by and we continue to wait for our turn and once we finally get called David went in and did his thing and came back in my eyes as very successful. I didn’t have to do a thing while at court other than pay the incredibly small fine he negotiated. Amazing. He did everything.
