Shady attorney. Dishonest.

Unprofessional, very rude, all the bad reviews are true. I called and he acted like he didn't want to help me out at all.

I came to Mr. Abrams with a very emotionally charged case after having spent serious cash with another attorney. Upon hiring Mr. Abrams he went right to work and was very diligent in ensuring that my interests were properly protected and represented. Hiring him was a real turning point in my legal battle and he brought me a piece of mind I couldn’t have gotten with any other attorney. I recommend him to everyone. He is a very take charge and get things done kind of man.

Wow is all I can say about these jerks. All the reviews are correct. My suggestion to you is to take off the offer of a free consultations cuz not willing to give one at all. Bad business good luck to this company. Had to give a star to post but not even worth it.

I was in a bad spot and these guys got me through it!

Crackerjack attorneys! Robert Abrams is exactly what you want in an attorney: pinstripes, suspenders and all! Not only does he have a genius level of knowledge of the law, but he used to be a contractor and land developer before he went to law school. He was exactly who I needed to handle the construction defects of my new home. Robert got us the results we were looking for almost immediately, and I am thankful for all of his hard work on my case.

Robert was always available to answer all of our questions, and he was able to explain very complex legal issues in ways it was easy for us to understand. If you have an issue involving real estate, construction, contracts, and banking call Robert immediately. There’s no doubt you will be happy you did!

Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful

We were clients of Abrams and Associates with Robert Abrams acting as our lawyer. We would like to take this opportunity to call out the exceptional service from this firm.

We were pursuing legal action against a bank over issues regarding our mortgage not being executed to what was agreed upon. Dealing with a bank, we were quite concerned with our chances of any remediation. Upon meeting with Mr. Abrams we were optimistic with our results, and impressed with his ability to understand the complex financial aspects.

Mr. Abrams was creative in his approach to identifying a solution for both parties (us and the bank) - ultimately this was the determining factor. Understanding our situation, during our consultation with him, he conceived a solution that was ultimately what was agreed upon. Instead of just threatening a lawsuit - Mr. Abrams provided a solution to the bank to remedy the situation. The bank's legal counsel was appreciative of this approach. We believe this expedited the process and allowed us to resolve the matter; we received an agreed upon solution from the bank within several weeks of initially meeting with Mr. Abrams.

As an added benefit - Mr. Abrams also negotiated a payment from the bank to us for our troubles. We did not expect this. It was a pleasant surprise.

Ideally we will not be in a situation like this again. If we are Abrams and Associates will be our firm of choice and a place we recommend any friends, family or colleagues for legal matters in this area.
