My 16-year-old son was in a car accident shortly after getting his driver license. Despite sworn statements to the contrary (including the other driver’s), my son was automatically charged with a misdemeanor of “Careless Driving;” which required a court appearance. I did not want to leave my son’s future up to chance, so I went to the Internet to find a good lawyer. Among my search results, Justice for Colorado came up with exceptional reviews, and had an online presence that made them easy to contact. I spoke to Keri LeVeque, their paralegal, about our case. Keri had me use their secure document portal to send the relevant materials for their review. She set me up with a phone appointment with Richard Poorman, Esq; he knew all the facts of our case prior to our call. Richard spoke with knowledge and experience about the matter and assured me that my son was in good hands. I went into our conversation feeling anxious, and left it feeling secure.

On the day of the court hearing, Richard arrived early and talked us through what to expect and worked out a plea deal and postponement with the prosecutor without my son having to interact with anyone. I was in a crash last spring during one of the worst times in my life. It wasn’t going to be a big case as nothing was physically broken except my car, but the impact took a toll on my memory and functioning. I did call a TV lawyer because I just needed help. Keri was very patient and able to answer questions we had as we drafted our will. It was very fast once we had it ready to come in and get it all signed and notarized. Using the Law Office of Sandomire & Schwartz was the best decision I could of made. I was in a "Rock and a hard place," type of situation. Feeling backed into a corner facing one criminal citation and two different family court matters, Gabriel Schwartz never dropped the ball and did an extraordinary job against an aggressive D.A. and a deviating opposing defense. Called Sandomire & Schwarts up to help me out with some traffic violations that I had recieved traveling through Eagle county next to Vail. I live in Michigan and was given a summons to appear in court from a red headed state trooper in her thirties(more on her later). Gabe was able to appear for me in court so I didnt have to spend money flying back and renting a car, etc.... Gabe took care of my citations with the prosecutor and was able to drop one and significantly reduce the other. This law office was worth every penny. Thanks Gabe.

Back to the trooper, if your traveling through Eagle county and you encounter a red headed trooper in her thirties, dont try and be nice or truthfull, it wont matter. She has a severe chip on her shoulder and should be treated as such. Like the A-hole that she is.
