They contacted me to obtain my son's auto accident case. I signed all their documents and have had no response. After several follow up attempts I called today only to find out they have dropped his case and Mr. O'Connol will not take a call.

This is a great firm, and they try to help a lot of people. My family included, and I can't say enough about Mr. O'Connell and the staff there. They are caring, but really aggressive when it came to my case - took the time to get to know me and understand what I was going through. 5 stars, I'd give 6 if I could.

We had a small case but needed assistance. Appointment was with lawyer we thought. Ended up meeting with a very nice clerk. Saw lawyer for maybe 5 min. The reason I am giving 2 stars is they never called us back to say they would or would not take case.

Mr. O'Connell is the master of communicating through stories. He is one of the few attorneys in Colorado who is not afraid to work hard to get you justice. He has a reputation of taking on the hardest cases and winning.

Please be cautious when talking or hiring this law firm. After many many conversations with Peggy his assistant, nothing was ever done with my case but broken promises. I was told I had a good case and not to worry. After waiting months for them to do anything with my case and talking to Mike before he took vacation to Africa I was told Peggy and Shawna would take care of everything and that my case would be filed with the court shortly! Well waiting from Septmber 2017 to March 2018 with no results I decided to fire them. Once I notified him that I no longer wanted him to deal with my case he emailed me and said I never hired him!!!!
Really? I signed all your documents you required me to sign to take my case, and talked to your firm many times to ask what was the status.

I talked to Shawna many times and when we did speak the only thing she would say in January and February of 2018 was that Mike was not promised to be paid by my lawsuit. Meaning: that since the lady I was suing had no assets he no longer wanted to take my case because he was not promised a check. This law firm wants easy money. And shame on them for not being up front with me in September 2017.
I waited one more month to see if they did anything with my case and to my surprise they did nothing of course.

If you do not have a easy case or if the person you are suing has no assets (In which Mike never checked)!!! Mike will not see you as a priority or Shawna his assistant.

Just do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

***** Attention I did hire your firm Animal Law I didn't not sign my paperwork with. And my case didn't have holes, you just didn't want to put in the work. You complained and complained about Mike not making any money on my case!! Well why did you take it on and give me fake hope! Shame on you Mike and Shawna you should take responsibility for dropping the ball, dragging your feet, and selling me a dream about my case!!! Don't make me post pictures of my agreement with your law firm on it!
Let me say this again if this is not easy money for the law firm they will not work on your case.

If I could leave no stars, I would. This company is a SCAM. They do not actually do ANY legal work! When I went in to find out what was going on with my case, the paralegal called the cops on me?? Told them I REEKED of marijuana and that I was trespassing. This was 6 months after playing phone tag trying to figure out my what was going on with my case. Michelle took over, and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for a year, then dropped my case after hearing nothing for 6 months, because they didn't do their job. BEWARE. Micheal comes off as friendly, but he just wants to take your money and run. I have video of his paralegal cussing me out, flipping me off, and calling the cops just because I asked where they were in my case. Michael was embarrassed at first and "tried to make things up", but it was just a distraction, as he doesn't actually do any work on his end. Read the reviews, save your hard earned money for a better lawyer. Uploading the video to all platforms available, so others may hopefully about this headache.
