I do NOT recommend Parker Semler.

Great service at a reasonable price. I found out about Parker via a free consult from Nolo regarding a construction dispute. I wasn't looking to "lawyer up"... I just needed some good legal advice to negotiate a fair and equitable solution by leveraging some legal muscle. Parker was perfect and didn't "nickel and dime" me on some followup issues.

Semler and Associates has represented me in multiple Real Estate and business matters. It has always been a pleasure working with Parker as well as the rest of his staff.

I met this lawyer today, he is extremely knowledgeable with great manners. I had prepared many questions and he gave me his professional answers in no time. He is the best lawyer in town.

Matt I'm sure Parker never represented you or worked with you but yet, you put a review on here. Plaintiff= she is sueing not being sued. Internet stalking is never a good thing or any sort of stalking. Leave her alone and use this platform as a true place for people who guininely want to put a review up and not use it as a form of pay back for whatever the reason. Be a man.

I'm the plaintiff. The other party is Bill Ward. Info below is incorrect. Not sure why Matt is following me again but due to stalking laws, probably should stop.

June 2017 Update
I did file the complaint a month or so ago with the board and have been working on it with the board. They won't pursue him even though I felt there was a conflict of interest and interference with my contract. He represented his client and stated he was the lawyer for Bill Ward, the plaintiff. Therefore per my complaint --- it can't move forward. If I want to move forward, I will need to file a law suit against Parker's firm on my own from what I understand from the board. I have not decided how I want to proceed yet. Most likely I will.

Don't recommend this firm- I'm filing a complaint against Parker. In my opinion he did some shady things and I asked him to address it or mediate with me. If not I advised him that I may file law suit against him and his firm. I asked him numerous times. He ducked the situation.

Update: I was just made aware of < Lawyer rule of ethics,
Conflict of interest,
Colorado rules of professional conduct for lawyers, section 1.7 and 1.8>
I can actually file a complaint with the board. Does he understand conflict of interest????. I'm filing a complaint.

Parker should have gotten a waiver if he conducts meetings deemed "conflict of interest between two parties". I feel this is an Interference of existing contracts and ethics violation - on his part.

Update Jan-Feb 2017

Update: the positive? He is more responsive. And answers are relevant to issue at hand. Some emails, he doesn't address and ignores.

His staff? One guy there gets short and hung up on me. I was def irate with his tone. Jeremy. He sounds young. Maturity, control, respect develops with time. He needs to be put in a timeout corner.

Ok on to the negatives.

We communicated back and forth about sending/receiving each other's depo. He said he didn't receive my emails. Ok benefit of the doubt so I resent. At least 6 times. Same day. Within 2 hours. He then filed saying I sent him nothing. Yet he used and read everything I sent him. Even following up with a few of my witnesses referring to my letters that I sent in my depo package. He issued a supplementary disclosures but yet DID NOT even mention he got my docs.

Phetsala Phommachith is being sued by someone whom Parker is representing. I'm sure that, if you ever have to sue her, she will leave your lawyer an incoherent, negative review as well.

The attorney spoke with me at length regarding an issue I had with Land Use and it was a free consultation. He was very upfront and said hiring an attorney would be a waste of money and to instead approach the City directly and gave me information on that procedure as well.
I appreciate their help and recommend them.

Not recommended. I was represented by Andrew G. Oh-Willeke, one of his associates I had to fire this firm after the court sanctioned me for not following rules. That is why I hired an attorney to avoid this exposure. I was never told that I would be represented by some one else in his office. I will update this review: as there is still an open suit against me by this firm at this time. I tried to get Parker to respond. I made a couple of calls and sent him a notice asking to respond. This is not a sign of a good business Practice. If you deliver poor service then I believe you should remedy the problem rather than increase your billing
