Called to ask a question about about my insurance carrier not paying out for a claim. Brian(?) answered the phone and after I had asked my question he curtly told me that they do not practise in that area and cannot give advise over the phone and hung up on me. Maybe I'm confused but 'insurance' is clearly listed on their website under areas of practise. Either way he could have been more helpful or at the very least had a nicer tone, even if he can't give advise over the phone. Clearly not a people person.
